I am very upset and disappointed with my last groomer. The previous 2 appointments they did a decent job. The prices are all over the place, I wanted a shedding treatment, hygiene trim, nails grinded etc. My dog came back with a ton of hair flying around my car,like if they never did the shedding treatment, his backend was left to long ,theytold me they would take care of it next time,next time! There won't be a next time!! They don't know how to cut different breads, at least not the staff they have now. You pay $90 !and still have to finish their job,trimming ,brushing I want a refund this is ridiculous. Totally unhappy Ozzy Fozzy bear won't be back,no thanks.

Do not order recurring delivery. This is the pic I got stating that my dog and cat food was left in a safe place. Also, they didn't update the delivery time, so I had to be somewhere else when my order was delivered. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Does this picture look like anywhere near a house to you?

DO NOT GROOM YOUR DOG HERE! GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE! The groomers do bare minimum, don't complete services, have bad attitudes & charge full price. The store associates & trainers however are AWESOME and will do their best to help you. The overall 2 star rating this store has is because their groomers provide horrible customer service and cheat you out of your money, let alone a tip.

I usually take my dog to PetSmart for a nail trim but after moving this Petco was closer. The groomer seemed confident even after warning her that he doesn't like this. When done I was told I could not bring my dog back because he put her mouth on her (but did not bite) and she couldn't get one more nail. I never had issues with PetSmart who have been professional and experienced to handle an anxious dog. But that's fine cause I will continue giving PetSmart my business. I have a total of 3 pets and spend a good amount of money a month on them.

There was straight up mold growing in some of the reptile tanks on their food. The employees didn't seem to care when I told them and made it seem like it was a common occurrence....Also multiple fish tanks had dead fish floating in them and the beta fish display had many dead fish. It was disgusting. Clearly they aren't taking care of these animals and don't seem to care if they are being taken care of or even given food.

Took my golden here to get groomed... big mistake!! The first time I brought him they did a great job, so I decided to go back... the second time I took him I said I wanted a sanitary TRIM just like how the lady did it the first time, this time they shaved his private area and balls down to the skin, nails weren't clipped either. The third and last time I took him I said I wanted an ear TRIM around where the canal was made sure I specified this due to what happened with the sanitary trim. What they did was chop all his cute fluff that was behind his ear didn't even touch anywhere near the canal. All I wanted was an ear clean up. They also didn't even clean his ears. So now he has choppy hair behind his ear, looks like a 2 year old did it. Not happy at all. I also want to add that they had my dogs there for 3 hours and must not have given them any water! When they came home they drank 3 bowls of water in one sitting! Train your employees better!!! I will not be going back here and good luck to anyone who decides to!

Where do I begin with this one. I've bought all of my bettas at petco and they have all lived a long time. I've recently been looking to buy a five gallon, divide it, and have two bettas share it. I already have a 2.5 that I got from there and my betta loves it. The tank at petco is double the price of petsmarts, Petcos being $64 while petsmart was $32, definitely didn't buy it. All the decorations were overpriced as well. I went to check out the bettas and they all looked unhealthy and dead. They just laid on the bottom of their small containers in their own feces that hadn't been cleaned. I even found a dead betta that was in a dirty container, clearly had been dead for a couple of days. His gills were flared and he had lost almost all of his color and was a murky grey. I brought him to someone in the front of the store and she just said, "oh okay." And didn't seem to care at all. She placed him on the sales desk checkout and walked away. The fish was still there when I left the store. I checked out some of the other animals as well. One of the ferrets seemed to be sick and had diarrhea everywhere, and I mean everywhere, but for some reason they kept it with the 4-5 others in the tank. Kinda gross. One of the birds in the back, I think it was a canary, also seemed unhealthy and sick. It was shaking, feathers were a mess, and it was actually pulling feathers out. Petco really needs to start taking care of their animals, but I won't be buying here anymore cause of these reasons. It's upsetting to see how distressed and sick these animals are, something needs to be done. From now on I'll start getting my fish and supplies from Petsmart.

I had a really positive experience today when I accidentally bought the wrong dog food & needed to make an exchange. Julianna (I believe was her name) provided exceptional customer service and was so friendly, patient, and kind even though it was busy. I really appreciate how this Petco always seems to have great staff!

Tori is the best for our Bentley! She does exactly as asked and always a little extra . He's a happy puppy when we leave there , and we are satisfied customers!

They usually have what we need although there isn't enough staff scheduled in the grooming section. They do a great job although they only have one person scheduled so when she is on break there is a 30 min wait Although Julissa is great and does an amazing job they need to hire more people

Worst experience ever!!!! I stood in line today for 1 hour and 20 minutes for 1 shot. They the walked up in front of me and closed the line. Told me they were done and leaving. There were 60 people behind me outraged as well. F*** this place
