Dealership itself was great as always!
However, my assigned Service associate was the issue, poor communication, which led to my car staying at the dealership overnight since my service associate, never inform me when my vehicle was ready, even though I requested an update and he confirmed that he would provide one.
With all of that being said, I will definitely still continue to come back to patriot as the service the facilities are top-notch. I do believe that this was probably a one off for the services associate, but it was still a negative.

Patriot Chevy in Limerick PA is my go-to dealership for servicing my GMC SUV. Staff is helpful. My service Advisor Eric, is always great. He usually takes special care whenever I get my GM Vehicle serviced there, every single time. Eric Lau is like a family member to me. And their Service portal is so convenient to set up my service appointments

In for recalls on 2023 Colorado. Friendly employees especially Courtney who helped me. Nice waiting area. Very clean restroom. Entire dealership is spotless.

Nice experience from start to finish! Everyone was very accommodating and friendly and got my car up to date on everything it needed done. The added bonus was the barista area on site where I was able to get an iced coffee to enjoy while I worked for a bit.

The whole experience starting with how you check in, perform a walk around with service writer (Courtney) at vehicle, then sit with service writer, get up-saled on services not needed through the end when your vehicle is finally done an inspection and oil change was brutal.
The service writer was arrogant, condescending, and acted like she was doing us a favor instead of being grateful that we were a faithful returning customer.
