Please read this honest review from an actual customer/victim.I regrettably purchased a Silverado 1500 truck from these people and this is how I was mistreated at this ?RED FLAG? dealership:1. Executive manager (Rich Egolf aka Eric) said I have mental issues in email after giving them a negative review. He also yelled at me on the phone and I had to block his number. What a horrible person.2. Dustin Damiani asked for more money 3 days after the sale was complete that I also have in an email. I never even heard of a so called salesman doing this to a customer.3. They make you sign a form to wave the 3 day return policy.4. Dustin only gave me one key fob and said he would get me another but he LIED and did not give me another key fob.5. They charged me 5k too much for the truck and gave me 5k too little for my trade-in and Insurance guy there also charged me too much.I have filed a COMPLAINT with GM, PA Bureau Office of Consumer Protection, and the BBB about this AWFUL DEALERSHIP and the promises made to me that were broken after the sale because I did not get them in writing.They were shocked what they said and did to me.I am a victim of their predatory practices.I am praying no one else falls victim to these people.I should have gone to the Chevy dealership in Phoenixville.SHAME ON YOU!

Very helpful service department. The waiting area is the best. Comfortable seating, drinks and food available via courtesy. Nice set up.

I cannot say enough bad things about this dealership. Was charged way too much and given way too little for my trade in. Rich Egolf said that I have mental issues in email after giving them a bad review. Salesman asked for more money 3 days after the sale. They only gave me one key fob and said that they would give me another but lied. I have filed a complaint with GM about these people and they were shocked what they said and did to me.

I have absolutely no problems with the service. They found every little problem and the car is great. The reason I only gave two stars is because I called in ahead of time to ask about a military discount. I was told, by Devon, that it should be no problem if I came in with my DD214. So I arrived with my whole military folder, DD214 included, ID, I even have a US Army tattoo on my arm. I was told that since my "advisor" left for the day they wouldn't honor itSo I asked blondie to make a copy of it , submit it, and issue us a refund. Apparently she doesn't know how to work a copy machine and she said no. She didn't even hand me my key after we paid. I had to ask for it......she just looked at us like we're supposed to leave without the keySo don't count on getting your military discount here!!I would still recommend their work though Just make sure AHEAD OF TIME that you get your military status confirmed with them or you won't receive your discount.

I brought my Camaro to Patriot Chevrolet after noticing some issues. Throughout my visit I was impressed with the level of attention and hospitality. Ben, Kevin and Carl were outstanding. From the levels of communication to the complementary shuttle service that got me to work on time. I will continue to be a client of Patriot Chevrolet and would recommend their services.

Tried to sale a vehicle with obvious damage and seemed shocked that it was missed sand not fixed before being listed but said they’d fix it. It also had chip in windshield in the driver’s view (inspection fail) that they weren’t willing to fix. But at the car fax report showed they were the only one who ever serviced the vehicle… with a 10k miles not accounted for on the report. Luckily I know a bad deal when I see one.

This dealer has high add on fees on new Chevrolets. They added $2000 to the sticker price only after test drive and plenty of time to explain price. The cars don't show add on sticker prices. Beware of hidden add on costs when they present the month cost. We left the dealer and bought the exact new car nearby WITHOUT ANY MARKUP, don't waste your time with Patriot dealerships.

I am extremely mad with my car buying experience this weekend. How's this work? With with certified 10 year hundred thousand powertrain warranty and only 2,000 miles. It has even more options as well. Like the adaptive cruise control and camera built into the bumper for all that lane departure stuff. I am not happy. Shorter term as well and no $500 additional down. Full speed stopping and auto high beams. No paint issues or chips. Working sunshade which I have a you own me for. Then you guys said your better if taking it to a Chrysler dealer. Two keys and no plugged tire which is still leaking. With a 800 credit score my interest rate should be lower as well.

Called to check and see if they had any traverse's in stock and the sales man was a rude and short with me on the phone. Before I could even finish my sentence I was cut off with " we don't have any traverses and the ones coming in are all sold already. Absolutely unacceptable for a sales position. Do better!

It has been a year since we've had our POS truck,and it's been nothing but problems after problems. These people are legit scam artists. Have YET to hear from the owner or the general manager. Worst customer service/ place EVER!!! Go elsewhere for a vehicle,because you'll end up getting a lemon. BUYER BEWARE!!!
