All I got was a lot of promises, but all I got was ripped off, I will never go there again or recommend anybody to go there. Do not buy the extended warranty. You trade in your car worth $4,000, and the car still the same price not $4,000 off. They promise you free or two oil changes, don't even call you to let you know that you're due for an oil change. Be aware do not go, not worth it.!

Nissan 422 is so accommodating and professional. I got my vehicle in when it worked best for me and they were efficient in getting it back to me. They addressed my concerns and didn't over sell me on anything.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would so a car was being financed through them and they saw a young person with GOOD credit and took advantage of them and completely guided them in the wrong direction when it wasn't what they wanted at all so to start they gave $500 for a perfectly clean car that was worth $3,500 which was the first red flag when I heard plus the car off the lot was 22,000 for like 7 years so it's 400 a month and it's an2017 Nissan... for that they could have a brand new Benz and I'm still waiting for Nissan to give the other $3,000 to take off the $22,000 total because it's only fair that's what the cars value on Kelly blue book was if we aren't going by that anymore they shouldn't have valued the car Nissan at 22,000 right? Scam artists man they care about one thing... their pay check not helping you find the car for you not helping you find out your options and helping educate someone in asking guidance when taking this big first step. It's sad. Way to fuck someone over! Because who in their right mind would get into a car like that ?! And get ripped off $3,000

Terrible!.... Avoid this place. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe. Took it out for a test drive with no issues, but noticed several small issues including tires that were suspect. After a deal was reached they would take care of the issues. After purchase was made, I noticed something wasn't right on my drive home. I contacted my garage to have a look. The next day I was told by my mechanic to return this Tahoe and get your money back because it had a bad transmission and other mechanical issues. My mechanic made the list which I presented to them and they told me the would look into it. They were hesitant about the trans issues until it happened to them. I received a call from the sales manager a few days later that the suv went to the Chevy dealer to investigate the problem. Then I received a call from the warranty company a week later about a claim I made about the transmission. I told them I had not owned it for 24 hrs when the transmission was acting up and I never filed a claim. I called the GM the next day to get an update, and he assured me I would get a new transmission or get my money back if things didn't work out. He never mentioned if they would fix the other issues on the list. I received the suv after 3 weeks of waiting and when I picked it up, I asked about the other issues and they said they only fixed some of them. They could't fix the heated seat and should accept it and theres nothing wrong with the exhaust even though there's a leak. I showed the mechanic the service sheet on the transmission and he told me that the transmission came from a salvage yard and not a rebuilt, so all they did was a fluid and filter change. The suv was not even detailed, it was just washed and vacuumed out. That's it. So the end result is that I purchased an suv drove it one day and ended up in the shop for 3 weeks and they only did limited work and says to me "Oh well, that's the way it is.... I'm going to make my first payment and I only own it 2 days! Stay away from them.

Overall wonderful experience only reason it is not a full 5-star rating is because of how long the process was to get done and how long we had to wait for the financing department to write up everything. Otherwise, overall was very great and Alex was a big help! He found me the perfect car and trading my old vehicle in was super easy and didn't have to deal with the stress of selling my car. I am in love with my used Nissan Sentra and it runs and feels brand new. First used car I have ever bought with low mileage at a great price! thank you Alex of Nissan Limerick you were wonderful!

What a bunch of scammer these people are. These scammers charge $164.30 for just reading the codes of your car. Something you can do with a $20 or less OBD2 reader you can buy from Amazon. I told them I already knew the codes but they still claimed that they had to "diagnose" the car themselves just to be sure. As much as they try to say that their tool is "better and gives more information", don't fall for it, it's exactly the same thing. You get the exact same information. They provided me the exact same codes that I already had with my $20 dollar ODB2 reader. Please save your time and money and don't get scammed by these people.

I made three calls to them asking about a truck they had in stock. After making an appointment two days in advance. When we arrived the sales person we had the appointment with was not there. They had a hard time locating the truck, and when it was driven to the front of the dealership it was not detailed or even washed. The sales person that did help me was helping someone else at the same time. The truck was out of fuel and had to wait 20 mins so they could find someone to OK the purchase. This is not a place I cannot recommend.

Complete joke refused to work on my car because I mentioned I couldn't stay long and could only do a recall but would be back for inspection they refused to check out my car and see if the car needed anything. all the service writer did was guess and say at your mileage your probably ok how do you run a service department when refusing to work on cars and guessing what I need? my prior commitment shouldn't interfere with you telling me what my car needs to pass inspection next month . I will not bring my car back here and I hope they figure out thay customer service is important or they won't stay around long. Unfortunately they just let a lot of money walk out the door. But maybe this is a common thing to customers at this facility,it's a disgrace.

Coming to the end of my lease for my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Car only has 23,000 due to working from home. Car in excellent condition and in the current market a sought after car . Go to 422 Nissan were I leased the car from and asked to return since lease coming to end and want to know if could get some cash back. I know car has equity - through research, car buyout is 16k and trade in value is 23k (used several sources) I could buy out and sell on my own but easier to go through dealership. I talk with Steve the "sales Manager" at 422 Nissan and ask if I return the car what could I get cash wise for it since car worth way more than buyout. Steve was rude, dismissive, acted like just waving last payment was doing us a favor. Said online resources my numbers came from are worthless (it's what they use to determine value) Said he doesn't need the inventory (I call BS) and no guarantee he could sell the car ( yea- ok, 2019 w/ 23k miles). Didn't even ask what kind of car or even look at the car. Next day I took the car to Colonial Nissan and was treated with respect was able to have a civil conversation and not be talked down to. Colonial Nissan was upfront and honest in working with us and thanked us for bringing the car in because they knew that the car has great value and it's an easy money maker. They did a quick evaluation and came back with an offer to buy the car and cut us a check for $6,600. No hassle or need to haggle just honest business to respect the customer to ensure it is a fair deal for all. 422 Nissan lost not only a good opportunity to purchase the car and make money but also lost a customer and any future recommendations.

I absolutely 1000% recommend this car dealership. Everyone is so nice, so caring, and funny. Absolutely NOT ONE employee here will leave you stranded with unanswered questions or concerns. If they don't have the answer, they hunt it down for you. Everyone here as I said, is absolutely amazing but I need to make this extra shoutout to JASON SPARKS! He makes sure he doesn't give you false hope about a car you fell in love with that won't match you financially. Jason makes sure he has every aspect of your information and he gets to know you to ensure the car you have your eye on is going to match your personality as well. I personally have not ever encountered a sales person who actually has YOUR best interest at heart instead of his pocket! He is so genuine, kind, has the patience of a saint. Every person at this location seems to be this way. Every time I come here for service/questions, everyone is so happy, and customers are "flying" out of here with huge smiles on their faces in their new cars. If you are looking for a great/smooth/non anxiety riddled car selling/buying experience, please be kind to yourself and get on in here. You won't be disappointed
