MAC was fantastic to work with. Easy to submit an inquiry, quick with scheduling, easy texting communication with Jason. He was super friendly & professional and most importantly, honest with his evaluation on our home. Since we’ve never dealt with mold before and had no knowledge on how to resolve it, he could’ve gouged us and sold us on a service that was expensive & unnecessary, however, he was honest and advised us on a super easy and cheap fix that we could do ourselves. 100% recommend them to anyone looking in the area.

This company is fantastic. Jason Morris was friendly, accommodating, punctual, professional, and extremely fair in price. Unlike other companies that gave us a quote for work in our basement, Jason did not try to price gouge us, and completed the work immediately. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jason is as knowledgeable and honest as they come. I can't adequately express how grateful I am to him and to the forces that led to me working with him. I suspected mold in my basement, but was completely wrong about where it was, so I learned I don't know how to identify it reliably and I could have been seriously misled by an "expert". Thankfully, neither of the two other mold abatement companies I contacted before him said the walls had mold, which was my fear, but they did identify it on some beams and quoted $3,000 and $2,500 respectively. I was ready to get a handyman to clean the beams for me to save money when Jason responded to a last minute contact I'd made to his company. I ended up paying him a fraction of what the other companies would have charged and feeling confident that he was the only one who truly identified what was mold and what was concrete dust, which they had all misidentified. Not only that, but Jason showed me what I could do outside the house to divert water away from the walls, and gave us tips on replacing some insulation in the basement rafters and what kind of paint to patch some areas with. He is fantastic!!!

My husband and I recently bought a home and found mold in our attic during our final inspection. We contacted MAC and got a response from Jason almost immediately and he was able to come out that same day to assess what needed to be done. The work was completed quickly and professionally and my husband and I feel relieved that it was handled so well and now don’t have to worry about it. We would absolutely recommend MAC to anyone that needs mold remediation completed.

MAC did an amazing job on our basement walls. To start off Jason came in looked at the work gave a written quote with timeframe for when the work would be completed, he is honest, and was easy to communicate with. He took an initial deposit and was paid the remainder upon completion of the work. He completely held up his part of the bargain, which is very rare in today’s contracting environment.Our basement walls had been paneled over 40 years ago and the concrete wall behind it was crumbling. MAC worked diligently to clear out the residue and dust, but they were careful not drag the dust throughout the house. The team took the time to put down drop clothes, where they would be walking. Next Jason worked to stabilize the gaps and holes, and then restore the walls so that they were all flush and finally finished with a brilliant white paint. This made the basement look so much more brighter and clean. They came back in a very timely manner to do some touch up work, a few weeks following completion.MAC came to us highly recommended and actually exceeded our expectations.

I truly can’t say enough about this company. Jason (the owner) was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad they did. This company is reasonable, professional, and thorough. He went out of his way to not only treat my basement but made suggestions and a repair that came up unexpectedly. I had other quotes but this was the most reasonable for the same work. Jason does a great job figuring out a solution. The buyers bank had held up the loan distribution for almost a month. Jason worked diligently and got everything wrapped up in just a few days while the bank was figuring everything out. He helped speed up closing and not have any more delays. Plus he is very good at communicating and working with you to understand what needs to be done.
