The wash was ok for being 18$, kinda expensive in my opinion for what you get. The attendants at the end of the wash who towel dry your car, literally took 20 seconds to dry my car, had to get out and do it myself.

Nice wash, lots of soap categories to pay for starting at $10, plus you can buy a pass for unlimited washes per month. Their vacuums really suck! ?

I used this wash since 2017, it was a good service, basic but ok. After it was bought I guess prices went up and service went down. If I pay $20 for their most expensive wash plus few bucks for drying guys I expect at least clean dry car. I got neither, I left wash and as I parked my car only few miles from the car wash I was horrified, it was dripping wet plus only one wheel was cleaned, rest had dirt smudged all over them, so I had to clean them by hand wearing all white clothing because I was about to walk into a meeting and I needed my car had to be CLEAN! I will never go back. If you go there get cheapest service, premium is not getting you anything and good luck! This car wash is a rip off. I did not expect much before but leaving with dirt caked in my rims and water drops drying on my back windows that they never wiped is not something I would ever pay $20 for. And if you pay premium that includes wheel shine - forget it, I never saw this "shine" and I always bought the highest level wash, today they did not even bother to just clean. I am always easy going and it was never above me to wipe my car a little after, or clean some tough spots but this time they outdid themselves so customer lost.

I went to get my car washed this morning, I came home there was still dirt all over the back of my car and they scratched my bumper. I do not recommend, waste of 15 dollars. Take your business elsewhere.

Will not be returning or recommending.Decided to take my wife's car here and save myself a couple hours washing it at home. Got the deluxe wash (can't remember the name, but it was the highest tier - $20). I was initially impressed with cleanliness of the building and having attendants at the end to dry the car.Got home and had to get something out of the trunk and noticed my hand came back black when I went to close it. Walking around front I noticed this white splatter all down the sides and was greeted with no less bug guts on the front than when I walked outside this morning.It's like I never went to the car wash today, but still ended up $20 poorer.Guess I'll be spending the next couple hours washing it myself.

I was on the monthly carwash plan… I was unhappy with the quality of the carwashes so I cancelled on the 27th of the month… they charged my card anyway and refused to give me a refund said that is “their policy” so beware they will take your money and not give it back!

Awesome experience at Pearl car wash Connel highway in Newport. My car looks really nice after I at exit in the car wash and then there are free vacuums so I was able to thoroughly vacuum my car without rushing and expecting the vacuum to stop at any minute. They also have cleaning cloths with window cleaner to finish up the job. I gave Pearl car wash five stars because I think they are superbService: Vacuuming
