Been a few times with my white SUV and got the 20$ service each time. Wash met expectations for equipment used, and attendant did a good job each time with prewashing since I tend to wait too long between washes. I appreciate the towel dry at the end as it meets expectations for what it is and what I've paid. This is a location for quick drive thru washes and getting back onto the road. If you want a detail, you need to look elsewhere and probably spend more than 20$. I was actually surprised that a week later my tires still had some shine to them.

I went to this place yesterday and got my car washed. After the wash, my car was not clean at all. It still had dust & dirt on front of my car and on the hood! What car wash can not give a basic clean? I'll never waste time and money at this place again!

SKIP THIS PLACE Do yourself a favor go the extra mile to a good car wash. Got the works. there were two attendants washing wheels and two wiping down. I'm in the service industry and always tip each person today $5 each l and before the service all four are inadequate just going through the motions. tire shine is a joke! Maybe instead of pushing the monthly special for $40 try giving a good wash! Never coming back and warning others Scott.

Friendly service. Automatic car wash Lan is all that is available. The car wash does a decent job and I like the towel dry service at the end. A bit on the pricey side compared to other local automatic car wash businesses but the friendly service keeps me coming back.

I won’t be returning.
I stopped by yesterday and paid for the $20 wash. The attendant on the right barely did anything and then just squatted against the wall.
Got through the wash and noticed it was so dirty that it looked worse than when I took it in.
I tried finding an email contact to send photos to and ask about remediation and found only a number. I called 5 times between today and yesterday.
I finally got someone from the office to come out and instead of being understanding and apologetic, she was defensive and had an attitude while doubling down that the quality of my service wasn’t important because she was dealing with cars out to the road. The apologies were late and dismissive in nature.
Honestly, it felt like there is a much higher need to focus on speedy quality than just pushing cars through with non-attentive attendants. Further, traffic control along the side periodically would assist with the cars backed up to the road.
While they remediated the issue, it was such a hassle dealing with the attitude and trying to get ahold of someone that it’s not worth $20. I can and will pay my teenager half that for a better job and the same attitude.
Glad they rewashed it but it shouldn’t be such an uphill battle for decent service; not even looking for perfection.
