Bad experience here. Visited the area and thought wed swing in while popping into shops down the street. We were helped by older lady while we tried to describe what my girlfriend was looking for, which is a very rare style ring & stone that she had once as a child from her grandmother and has been in search of a similar piece after losing ot a few years back. Older lady helping was rude and condescending to us. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but no need to be rude to potential customers.

My daughter just bought her first piece of diamond jewelry here…. Julia and her staff could not have been nicer! They took their time, explained things, and gave a very good price! We will definitely be using them for our future needs!

Instant service changing a watch battery. A lot of places don't do this anymore but all I got was a smiles and a fair price with instant satisfaction.

Highly recommend!!! First time experience was amazing with a very fast turnaround. My wedding rings needed to be cleaned and dipped in rhodium. They were very friendly, explained the process, cost and said they would be done same day! I couldn’t believe it and was very happy to pick up my rings that look like new. Will definitely be going back for my jewelry needs!

I have heard nothing but good things about this place, so when I couldn’t get a few knots out of my favorite necklace, I decided to stop in and see if they could help. Both the woman I spoke to on the phone and the man at the front table who helped me were so sweet! He was able to fix my necklace quickly and didn’t even charge me. I will definitely be back and recommending them to anyone looking for a jeweler!

I recently brought a diamond in to get verified and everyone was amazing. This was after I went to a shop right down the street and they refused to take a look.While Julia looked at the inscription I took a look at the pieces they had and they were all very unique and of course beautiful.I will be back with all my future jewelry purchases and needs. Highly recommend using Julia’s Gems and Jewelry for any jewelry needs! I was looking for a local jeweler to repair my engagement ring. I recently was in a car accident which bent some prongs so my main stone was extremely wobbly. I called Julia’s and they asked me to come in, no appointment was needed! They took my ring right back, checked it out and got it fixed in a matter of 5 minutes. She cleaned my ring after the fix so it looks brand new. She did an amazing job with the repair and the service was excellent! Will absolutely be using them in the future!

Julia knows her stuff. She does great repair work. Shr has fixed many pieces for me. She recently fixed my wedding ring. It looks better that when I first received it. DON'T tell my husband. Haha. It's so gorgeous ! Everyone working there is super friendly and knowledgeable. They also have beautiful jewelry for sale!

Was in the area and decided to visit. Wow! Beautiful store. Very friendly people working there. Stocked with absolutely breathtaking jewelry. Fell in love with a particular piece and will return tomorrow to pick it up. Also they do all repairs in the shop which I like. Lorenzo approved!
