Jason walked me through the process of selling my home. He was knowledgeable as to setting a price and advised me all along the way. He is professional and kind, and he is quickly responsive--- no waiting for hours or days to hear from your realtor. He's right there holding your hand-steady and calm. I could not recommend Jason enough! Being a first time home buyer can be a confusing and worrisome process but Jason guided me through out and put me at ease by quickly to responding to all my questions. He tolerated my pickiness and Many Many walk throughs with out losing enthusiasm or applying any pressure to buy. Attentive, responsive and trustworthy. He always worked with my best interest in mind. Between his integrity and expert knowledge of the local area, he clearly is the right choice!

We worked with Jason to buy our first home after moving up from South Carolina back to PA. Looking to buy during a pandemic, while also a sellers market was not easy. Jason was patient and worked with us for months, touring a dozen + homes. We never felt pressured to buy, nor would Jason let us settle on something. He took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for in a first house, what was a priority and what we could do without. His knowledge of the market, re sale value, and the little things to look out for made the whole process a lot less stressful, especially as a first time buyer. Jason took on all of my questions with quick and thorough responses, always keeping me in the loop. He’s very personable, reliable and a no nonsense business man when it comes down do it. Jason was a pleasure to work with. He made sure he was always available for any tours and questions, and remained organized from start to finish. I requested dozens of tours and Jason never hesitated to get my fiance and I in the door, often same day. We had a couple offers fall through and Jason was always on top of the situation and kept me in the loop on where we stood. I greatly appreciate his consistency, patience, and knowledge of the business.

Jason and I began working together to find me that special place, just for me, in the Spring of this year (2018). I have three young adult children who are out on their own and handling their business, now it is finally just “my time.” Some call it the “empty nest,” but I call it freedom to be me in my own space. I have owned a house, but was not interested in going down that road again nor was I interested in being in an apartment complex. It had been quite some time since I had actually gotten out to search for an apartment. I knew what I wanted, but did not realize the cost of obtaining an apartment these days. Boy have times changed!!At any rate, I needed to pause for a moment to regroup. Jason allowed me to do just that. He very patiently waited for me as I prepared to go back out. I had to make some financial adjustments, but I am a woman of my word and I let Jason know, he was ‘My Realtor.” He has been faithful and patient with me throughout this journey.It was a bit tougher when we went back out to look for that special place for me, but Jason hung in there with me and WE FOUND IT!!
