While it’s been a frustrating process, the team here have gone above and beyond to find me solutions. Chamar, Kiersten and Hector were all great to work with, and their managers were also helpful. “Walked into this Verizon store because I was having difficulty with my iPhone and an Internet connection. The representative on the floor was a tremendous help and even help me navigate iCloud photos relative to my iPhone end google photos relative to my friends android phone. I can't remember the customer service representatives name but he looks a lot like Bradley Cooper. Very helpful and I highly recommend”
