Longest wait for a pharmacy ever. 7 people back there and it still takes a few hours to fill an urgent medication for my child.

Tesia went above and beyond to take my passport photo as I was limited on time and had to have it done today. Despite working alone in the store, having one machine down and having to get paper for the other, she did it all with a smile. Oh and this is the 2nd CVS I went to as the first was unable to assist as their photo machine was down. I’m thankful for customer service reps like Tesia that go above and beyond for the customer.

I don't really buy much in store and always get my prescription through the drive-thru because I get to see Shelton! He is such a kind human being and always, always so incredibly pleasant! If he was having a bad day, you would never know it. He truly knows what customer service is all about. I hope someone sees this and gives him the internal recognition he deserves! Also, your cvs health survey website doesn't really exist and looked sketchy or I would have filled that out as well.

Had an horrible experience. I went to get my medication. There was something wrong with prescription. I went to return the product. The pharmacy store manager by name Elnaz was very rude and almost threw the medication on the table saying this can’t be returned back if you left the pharmacy. I was in the pharmacy and trying to return the medication and she had no reason to be rude or push the product on the table. Then I was asked not to come back. I asked why? She said she is the boss. Completely unprofessional. I saw other reviews and I was not only person saying it. I have reported this issue to the management and hoping to hear back if they wish well for their customers.

I really have to give the people who work at CVS in Royersford a big thank you. I have complained about them before to friends and family but never had a experience so bad that I needed to write a bad review. Well today they really showed they cared that my prescriptions were safe to take with each other and even called the insurance company to get them to approve them, when I called them I kept getting wrong phone numbers to call. Aetna needs to work on their prescription hot line, its a real mess dealing with them, but CVS came to the rescue and even made sure to use my GoodRx coupon.

Super slow I waited for my medication for almost an hour in store with only two people with me waiting for their meds. I used to work for CVS years ago so i know the process of someone waiting, you would want to get them out quickly as possible, the female pharmacist did a lot of talking about patients and not enough working. I don’t know why everything takes over hour or almost two days to get filled, all pharmacies are just going down hill. They need to learn prioritize their order of operations and get more help ASAP

Recently a very harsh and “know it all” bossy women pharmacist turned me down for my medication. When I asked her to submit it to my new insurance she insisted that I couldn't get it filled yet. I contacted my new insurance when my medication was completely gone. They called cvs and got it filled immediately for me! Said it should have been sent to them ( like I said!) I wish I knew the name of this woman pharmacist. ( white, lighter hair always looks angry) because she has no people skills or empathy and is ruining the customer service for this store!

So we were just sitting in the drive thru at Royersford CVS waiting to pick up prescription. We were the 3rd car in line waiting for 5-10 minutes and next thing you know they closed the drive thru window while we were there. This now made us have to go and park and go inside to get the prescription. When we asked why they closed drive-thru while cars where in line we were advised that 2 of the employees had to leave. Asked to speak to manager she said she was (Elnaz) and that the employees had to go because their shift was over and their short staffed. I’m sorry you’re short staffed but you should not ever just close the drive-thru window with customer’s in line still because your shift is over. The pharmacy manager was rude and disrespectful. She should not be a Manager as her customer service was very unprofessional and I would lose my job if I treated someone that way.

I have been getting my all my meds here at this location almost 2 years every month from a doctor with a ligiate DEA number. All of sudden yesterday I was declined access to my medications. Two weeks before this issue I was denied the privilege to use my prescription savings card. A week later my prescription savings were honored again. Because of the unfair treatment from the manger there. I never want to come to this location again. Not even to buy a soda.

So we were in today to pick up a few things. My wife and I stood in line longer than we shopped as the cashier kept saying self service check out is right here, or something to that affect. The 2 people in front of us both had issues with coupons and emails related to the coupons. The cashier was rude but I almost can't blame her. It's system oriented problem.Everytime I'm there it's the same issue and you wait and wait for ever. Now for the self service check out from hell. I have used several times, it's okay unless you have use your Cvs card, then it's never works and your back in line waiting. Thos is a neighborhood cvs but it has really gone downhill . It once again I think it's a system issue and I feel the employees know it and are frustrated

We get it, pharmacy is hard, but closing early for lunch and slamming the gate in my face 10 minutes before the posted time, really necessary? I don't think so.

The store is a bit understaffed and the employees are doing whatever it takes to help the customers. Ms Jennie helped us with pictures for our family and she did an amazing job. She was super patient with our kids and provided one of the best customer services. She knew a few customers by name we could observe. The store is located conveniently and the parking is also good.

Unfortunately we all know cvs has been going down hill for quite a while now but we still continue to use them out of convenience. However, I reached my breaking point last night and refuse to ever give them my business again. Over the last 6 months I have had a couple frustrating and unprofessional experiences with an employee who works the counter in the pharmacy but just shrugged it off as a kid with poor work ethic and social skills. Last night I couldn't have made it more clear to him how urgent my situation was. My 6 month old son was diagnosed with RSV at 6:15pm and a prescription was called in to the pharmacy right away for a mask/spacer and an inhaler. I took my son home so we could get him fed and ready for bed and my hope was to quickly run back out and get the inhaler so we could give that to him before bed. I called the pharmacy as soon as I got home to check the status and see if it was ready, it had been an hour at this point. The said employee answered the phone and I knew immediately from his demeanor who I was speaking with, my heart sank. I told him that my 6 month old was having trouble breathing and I was worried about him sleeping through the night and asked about the status of the inhaler. He quickly responded and told me how busy they were but he would have it ready in 30 minutes, not ideal as we would be pushing back bed time for a sick baby but I knew I was at their mercy and I was okay with that. I left my house at exactly 30 minutes and headed over to the pharmacy which is 5 minutes away. I arrived at the drive through around 8pm and provided my sons name. The employee proceeded to tell me that as soon as we got off the phone he "got slammed" and "the pharmacist sucks, she's a fill in" my heart sank again and broke for my poor baby struggling to breathe. I told this man again that my son really needed this inhaler and he's a baby and can't breathe and his reply was "yes that sounds serious". He went on to tell me that he will try to get it filled within the next hour before they closed but he couldn't make any promises. I asked him if he could please contact me if it was filled that night and he said "yes, you'll get a text". I settled for that because I too work in customer service and I understand that sometimes things are out of your control, as heartbreaking as it was for me knowing my son could potentially struggle breathing and sleeping through the night. I never got a call or a text that night, no surprise. I called the pharmacy at 8am this morning as soon as they opened and was shocked when I heard the recorded voice say "you have two prescriptions ready for pick up", considering they had just opened. I quickly loaded my sick baby in the car because daddy had already gone to work and drove over to the pharmacy. My heart sank for the third time when the gentleman working the window told me my prescriptions were actually ready for pick up last night. I can understand how people feel overwhelmed, busy, unhappy, lazy, unmotivated.. whatever it may be in their job. However, when you have a customer repeatedly telling you that their young baby cannot breathe and you show no sign of urgency over that or you just clearly do not care to provide help, you don't only need a different profession other than customer service, but you definitely do not belong in a position where you are the one controlling who gets their medicine and when. To this employee, I hope you slept well last night knowing you did nothing to assist a helpless baby who couldn't breathe, when you had all of the power to do so. You are a rotten human. and CVS, this kid will for sure give you a law suit eventually.. if not him, one of the other disrespectful uneducated menaces that you have working there for sure will. It's really sad that CVS is allowing young kids like this, who clearly lack the maturity to do their jobs professionally, control whether or not people, and young babies, get the medicine they need timely. Never again.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been using this pharmacy for years. Regardless of how busy they are, they have been calm, attentive, and polite. When I see a car take forever at the drive thru, I can usually hear part of what’s going on. If someone has a complicated situation, they should be going INSIDE to check out. Instead they hold up the line, but the staff has always been prompt. I don’t see that being their fault at all. Not to mention, if they are understaffed, they are stressed and doing their best. It is not the fault of the employees that are there working, so take a step back and think before you give them attitude. I’m there several times a month picking up scripts and I am never disappointed with this staff.
