“We came here for COVID-19 PCR testing as negative results are required for our upcoming international flight. Drive-thru process was easy enough.You have to register your request online. Once you answer initial screening questions, you'll have to make an appointment. The trickiest thing for me was to upload our insurance cards since I could not use texting options. Time limit of 20 minutes to register seemed long enough initially, but it became a fight against time since I had to take a photo of cards, crop them and upload them. Epic failure, but as the saying "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!" goes, so I got my photos ready to upload, and then tried to make appointments again.Actual test was a drive-thru affair. You show up on the appointed time, drive up to the window, provider will go over necessary patient identification questions, double check your registration information, gives you test kits, and supervises your self-administering test process. She instructed us to deposit test tubes in a bin and told us the results will be ready in 1-4 days. You had to establish CVS account online when you received an email. We were so happy our negative results were posted in two days. Airline requires testing done within 72 hours of departure, and obviously 96-hr turn around wouldn't have worked... I think it's an expectation management technique. It all worked out at the end!”

“I always have a good experience at Wawa stores. My one concern is the bathrooms don't appear to receive the consistentattention for overall cleanliness I see at other similar stores (i.e. Sheetz bathrooms are always clean.). I've been in multiple Wawa stores in PA & NJ and what appears to be inattention to bathrooms is across multiple stores. I realize it takes employees to keep bathrooms clean., etc., and these are challenging times to find folks who want to and are able to work. But, Sheetz appears to have it figured out because their in store bathrooms are clean...”

There is a young person that works there named Fae who has consistently delivered excellent customer service to me every single time I visit. They are kind, courteous and friendly and I am always happy to see them working. i just wanted to say thanks for a consistent delivery of a superior customer experience. Thank you Fae!”

“Wawa... Big Fan!! Everyone is a little extra kind when walking into a Wawa. Always so quick to hold the door for you and leave you with some well wishes for your day. The Ice Tea, Coffee, and Junk Food are top notch here... I used to smoke and pack was $10 so I'd be laying a 20 spot every time I walked in... thanks to Wawa's wide array of all that is great tasting and horrible for you, I still can't enter any of their locations without dropping a 20 banger.... what I'm saying is we budget for Wawa expenditures in our home. Love you, mean it!Parking: This goes for all Wawa stores...There's plenty of parking spaces most of the day but there's always a few times a day when you may have to park as if you're fueling up your vehicle or you may just bail on the whole thing after your second loop around the lot. Also, why is it that every Wawa has the most wack traffic patterns, as well as wack entrances and wack exits... even still, can't keep me away...”

Despite working alone in the store, having one machine down and having to get paper for the other, she did it all with a smile. Oh and this is the 2nd CVS I went to as the first was unable to assist as their photo machine was down. I’m thankful for customer service reps like Tesia that go above and beyond for the customer.”
