Stay away from this place. Toxic employees,poor customer service,defective products.Trust me it's worth the little bit of extra money to shop elsewhere. I know there has been a decline in the quality of retail but chasing away customers is a new low. The sloppy oath stalker should stick to his calling and just clean toilets!

Apathetic workers that don't ask to help you unless they stalk you around the store, treat you as a criminal.They sit at the front, including the big huge guy doing absolutely nothing!Stopped buying from Harbor Freight altogether because they failed to help find, items needed when asked.Items are way overpriced, one example, an electric lawn mower there that costs a huge amount doesn't even come with one battery!On the box, it reads works better, longer if you have two batteries! They are sold at exorbitant high prices each!GO TO THE WALMART ACROSS THE STREET!Walmart across the street has a very nice selection and they back up, guarantee their merchandise. Call the managers there if you need anything, they will definitely help you!Sham sales, you have to pay an expensive price to buy one separate from the mower!

Bought a Daytona $189.00 floor with a10% coupon only to find a 50% coupon 13 days later. When I contacted the store and explained the situation to them, I was told to bring in the receipt and they would honor the new coupon. Everything went smooth as silk! Got my 50% off with a smile. Been shopping there since it opened and I am very happy with the store. Recommend...

Very nice and clean store. Always seem to have everything in stock. Employees are pleasant. I recently needed a generator for a weekend long power outage and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The generator works great so far!

Best tool icon my 3/8 rachet was given me trouble. They didn't ask any question like mac tools or snap on tool truck would do. Yes I'll keep buying icon brand. Very great tools.
