“I recently had to make changes to a Wells Fargo account. It was a bit more complicated than updating a typical account, but Alexis Anderson at this branch was phenomenal regardless. He took ownership of the process, communicated sufficiently, and saw the entire thing through. I unfortunately can't say the same for other branches in the area. “Wells Fargo has adapted very good during this unfortunate pandemic. I was able to open an account on my phone in the parking lot, then go through the drive thru to deposit money into the account I just opened. Time is the one thing I do not have enough of. This was very important to me to easily open an account with no hassle and accurately, quickly and a staff that was knowledgable and friendly. This was refreshing.”

“I have been to several gentleman's clubs outside the city of Philadelphia, and I have to say this club is a diamond in the rough. The bartenders were very attentive, and I never had to wait for a drink. The entertainers were very attractive and quite sociable. The managers of this establishment were on the floor asking if i needed anything. I will be going back again on a regular basis.”

“I like the stores, products and selection. I loved that they recently opened one near my office. Staff is always helpful. I don't like that they don't allow two people that don't live together to be on a membership. You have to have the same address. It isn't worth it for me as I live alone and don't need many things in bulk. I hope one day they change that policy. So for now I'll go when I can, on a weekend, with my boyfriend. I do love their rotisserie chicken!”

“As a business owner I understand how many gems in the service industry just don't get the adequate attention they deserve, most reviews are born out of negative experiences and a very low percentage actually takes a minute to highlight the effort of people that truly enjoy going to work everyday. I know Wells Fargo the brand is huge and is not in need of any endorsement but let me tell you the day my business parted with Citizens bank it was the day I found out how much of the banking experience I was missing out. I walk through their doors often and I feel I am entering the village that is helping me "raise" my business, I have spoken with virtually every soul that works there and I feel welcomed and most important I feel cared for. I would have never in a million years thought I'd go out of my way to say anything of substance about a huge corporation such as WF, and perhaps I am not, I am just highlighting the remarkable job of the team working at my Feasterville branch, if you are out looking for a better banking experience this is definitely a great start.”
