Have loved the skirt steaks, flat iron steaks and ribeyes and sausages The chipped steak tho could be more chopped- the large pieces need tbe pulled apart to be eaten in a sandwich, tho. My favorite thing you make WAS your scrapple- BUT recently the recipe must have changed- the flavor is great but the texture is soooo sticky I can't even slice it to fry- it sticks to the knife and gets all messed up! What happened?? Using more grain? Added something new? It's our favorite breakfast meat so it's very disappointing! I hope it was a fluke! If the next one is like that I won't buy it again Please go back to your previous recipe! I've been buying it for YEARS!”

“Love my Shoprite, especially my Shoprite of Stroudsburg. Always has great specials coupons and weekly deals. I always get my cold cuts here from the deli dept when the mgr. Bill is always helpful, accomadating and personable. The seafood always looks great that's why I pick it mostly up here. The choices of Salmon, Tilapia, Catfish, Shrimp, Mussels, Clams and Crab Cakes are always fresh looking, tasteful and go over well with the family. The fresh meats like London Broil, Veal Cutlets, Ground Beef, Boneless Pork Chops and Cutlets, Beef Tenderloin, Beef Rib Roasts as well as Boneless Chicken Breasts have never let me down in the 30 years we have been shopping here. Dealing with Ralph first on the Front End and now in the Meat Dept, Billy in Appetizing and Even Alonso make a visit to the Shoprite in Stroudsburg, like visiting family. I love my Shoprite of Stroudsburg. Always want to stop especially when the meats and fish are on sale.”
“Convenient location. Clean and not crowded. The self checkouts are always having issues but there is usually an employee close by that can help. Oh, and a big ups to your ripe bananas for a change.”
“It's clean, and fast, but the prices are a bit high. We use our Giant gas points, and typically get 30 or 40 cents off per gallon. They close early, too, as the market has been cutting back their hours for a while.”
“The deli in this gas station is amazing! The sandwiches were fantastic, bread was nice and soft and there was a perfect amount of mayo on there. Macaroni salad was delicious too. They should definitely advertise better, I didn't even know there was a deli in there until I stopped to get gas one day. Stroudsburg is seriously lacking in good delis and I'm extremely happy to find out about this one. I highly recommend!”

“Store is very large and very clean. Giant is related to the Stop and Shop I'm used to in CT, MA, RI. Their app is written similar to S&S so if you are familiar with one, you'll figure out the other.Giant uses their own loyalty rewards card. Can't use S&S card at Giant. Prices seem to be high but there are many specials that need to be loaded onto their card.”
“I was passing through Pen Argyl; needed to get fuel and wanted breakfast. Pulled into the Turkey Hill on 512 (near Weona Park). The Sunday Morning worker was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Didn't get his name but he had long hair, necklace......I asked about coffee location and breakfast sandwiches; he was intent on getting me hooked up and on my way!!!! Will definitely return to this Turkey Hill when I go through Pen Argyl again!!(My only disappointment is Cumberland Farms coffee. This is common in south Florida, especially the Cumberland Farms fuel stations. I can't drink that coffee; even the 'strongest' blend is like tea!!! Yuck.I thought Turkey Hill had their own push; I guess not.I like strong black coffee and if it doesn't 'curl my hair', I can't drink it).”

“I want to give a shout out to pen argyl pa dollar general for one of the best employees of any store I met today that worked there, his name was Jorge and was wonderful. Not only did he rush over to open the door for me, he was pleasant and personable. He offered the girl in front of me to carry her stuff to her car it was bulky and heavy. The girl said it was ok she could carry it out and he actually told me he felt bad that he couldn’t help her because of how bad the weather was. I was short on my money and I was asking him to take off something. He refused and took it out if his pay. He said merry Christmas and paid it. He is a young guy with a Heart of gold that deserves recognition and made what has been a very depressing month due to my son being in a coma after a seizure and going into cardiac arrest. Jorge made me smile. What a wonderful kid with a great positive energy.”

Today I went into the store and myself having a rough day had to use a few different debit cards to pay for my purchase. “Little known secret, or at least it was to me that every time you shop at Weis you build up points and when you scan your wife's card at the gas station you can save 3040 $.60 per gallon and that adds up so I definitely encourage using the Weis gas station service...?”
“In general, customers are greeted upon entering, by the cashier. Only a few times have they not had what I wanted to buy. Since the renovations, the aisles are more spacious and the shelves are more fully stocked. Parking is never an issue.”
