“Back in December I got door dinged in a parking lot. I swung by the first week of January to get a quote from Bumpers Etc. and discovered the shop was closed for cleaning/refreshing. Regardless of the fact that they were closed, the owner Nate still came out and talked to me and gave me some options for repair (the first sign of good customer service!).I called back the next week and spoke to Dustin to set up my car for a PDR (pointless dent repair) and paint touchup on the dinged spot. Dustin was pleasant to talk to and very helpful in getting the appointment set up.The following week I brought my car in for the PDR and paint touch-up. The next day I received the call that the repair was completed. I went to pick up the car and noticed the paint touchup was not completed. I called and spoke to Nate, and through our conversation I realized I has miscommunicated with Dustin when I set up the appointment and had only set up the PDR. Even though the paint touchup not being completed was 100% MY fault, Nate insisted on owning it and taking care of it for me on his dime.Through quality repair work and exemplary customer service, Bumpers Etc. has gained a customer for life (although hopefully I don't have to visit them much ?)! I can't express enough my satisfaction with my experience at this shop and highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work for their vehicle!Thank you to Nate & Dustin and the entire Bumpers Etc. team!”

“I spoke with Hunter Dean on the phone. He was really attentive to my needs, patient, and thorough. I took one last test drive at the showroom. Since I wasn't sure if I should choose a gas car or a hybrid, I had the opportunity to test drive a few different cars. “I went in to have my battery, starter, & alternator checked. The gentleman who was going to check it was an older man - he was super kind. The only thing that I didn’t like was that he only checked my battery, bc it tested good. My battery was overcharged, not by much but I wanted to have everything checked. He didn’t want to check anything else bc of the battery test & was explaining to me how it works (I have plenty knowledge on cars) so I didn’t like that. He was quick to wrap it up & go back inside without listening to what I had to say. What I wanted was kinda disregarded at the end of my trip there.”
