  Nice stop on the Gap trail. Usual convenience store fare but also many homemade items . Had a phenomenal meatball sandwich and mac slaw . Incredibly nice welcoming folk. Warmed my body and fueled up. Highly recommend. Was charmed and happy to have stopped by.

  Recommended for bicyclist dinner. Good menu. Open for takeout. Not much else intown. Nice people.

  Just did a out and back on the GAP, and stopped at Rock City Express two times. I love the pizza there and the available deli subs, always stop off for lunch when riding by. I found the workers to be accommodating and helpful. Answered all my out-of-tower questions. There are plenty of other snacks and drinks to load up... read full comment
