This veterinary office came very highly recommended by a friend. I brought both of my cats here today for a checkup and vaccinations and whatever else needed to happen. I felt bad because I wasn't able to afford bringing them before today and there was no shame there was no scolding they were just so nice and really kind and gentle with my cats who are both rescues. I made my appointment for next year. I would highly recommend this office for your pets. The place is clean and the staff is kind and I felt that my pets were very safe here.

I immediately felt welcomed and was greeted by friendly staff. The vet was extremely patient and took the time to answer all my questions regarding my pets care. I feel confident that I have found the right veterinary care practice for my furbaby.

I was very nervous of taking our new corgi pup Oliver to the vet. Let’s just say, I’ve heard horror stories. However, the moment I came in, every one was really friendly and the techs were kind and very helpful. Afterwards, we met Dr. Plymouth and you can tell she really loves what she does. Everything from the baby voice towards Ollie and knowledge of all things corgi made me feel at ease. I’ve taken Oliver multiple times, and every time we go everyone is friendly and we leave the office with everything we needed and clear instruction.

Dr. Plymouth was wonderful! She was very friendly and really knows her stuff. The rest of the staff, with the exception of 1 friendly person, I felt left a lot to be desired. No one cracked a smile and, while professional, were quite unfriendly. In a vet's office, one would expect an extra level of friendliness, as it is a happy place. I don't know that I would go back there--although I was very impressed with Dr. Plymouth.

Always excellent care at Rockkedge Vets! Nice meeting Dr. Johnson for the first time. Our new little stray still needs a name as soon as we find out what sex he/she is!!!

Officially done with this practice. Not only do they no longer have any evening hours and no weekend hours aside from a couple of hours on a Saturday and where you can’t even see a vet, no one answers the phone anymore. Have to leave a voicemail and hope that you don’t end up playing telephone tag for the rest of the day which is super inconvenient. Also they will no longer work with Chewy for prescriptions, had to sign up with a different online pharmacy that they specified. I suspect they get a cut of sales otherwise what is the big deal letting clients choose? Really miss the days before heart and paw took over. Such a better experience and a much more humanistic approach.

The vet visit was smooth, even though my little dog was super anxious. The doctor was kind, gentle and friendly. He gave great advice. I will continue to go to the clinic with any pet needs.

We had taken our last dog to another vet clinic 5 years ago, but when he became ill the vet became useless and gave random diagnoses and random treatments but never let us bring our dog in. We could never get our dog’s nails trimmed again either because the vet caused bleeding. Eventually we had to put our dog down. When we took in our now 10 month golden from a family friend, we were so nervous with finding a new vet clinic. This place was recommended to us by my partner’s family. We booked our appt with Dr. Hutchinson and we came with our reservations. Dr. Hutchinson relieved all of our worries. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Not only Dr. Hutchinson, but the entire staff that was present. She answered all of our questions and even gave us free samples of flea and heartworm medicine to give to our girl. The staff even trimmed our pup’s nail’s without any problems. This clinic restored my faith in veterinarians and vet clinics. I feel safe bringing my golden here. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to talk and schedule with as well.

This was my first visit with a new rescue. Team was very friendly, and professional. Facility is very clean and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit with my other puppy rescue.
