I love my NP Pat McGrath! She’s very caring, educational and responds to emails and any concerns. The staff are also helpful, I’ve never had an issue with them. Been about four years since coming to her. I moved to PA in 2016, and it’s been trial and error finding a new caring provider.

Absolutely unprofessional front desk staff. Laughing loudly, showing videos from home, talking loudly about patients and drama within the office. They were probably the most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. Please replace them with more professional people.

Used to be satisfied with the quality of care from Dr. Lee, but recently he ruined my life by prescribing medication that flared up my IBS-C even though I told him not to give me anything that could carry this side effect. He completely ignored me and told me "just take it", and "not to look at the side effects". He knows that I'm usually super careful about what I put into my body and honestly, this was an irresponsible move on his part. I'm still a little in shock after years of decent treatment. But it looks like I might have to look elsewhere for a doctor who cares and will not go against what is actually best for me. And never allow a doctor to keep telling you you're stressed every time you come into his office. It's the greatest non-answer in the medical profession nowadays, and I'm tired of hearing it. Most of my stress is not the cause, but a result of what I'm going through. It's not the reason for everything. I 'd have a lot more respect for doctors if they simply said: I don't know what's wrong.

Substandard Care & Bias.I recently bought my friend here who struggles with mental health issues. He's neglected his health in recent years and feared seeking help from a medical professional. There were no Doctor appointments available so we settled on being seen by Mercedes, the office Nurse Practitioner. I was happy to finally just get him seen. The office was nice, with plenty of seating. The wait wasn't long. The Medical Assistant was fabulous, and very customer service-focused. I was impressed up until the NP came into play.I sat in disbelief as she stripped him of all respect and dignity. Her ignorance was very apparent and unfortunately led her clinical decision-making.This stigma is discriminatory and a huge obstacle to receiving crucial health care. Not only for my friend, who will never be back, but countless others who suffer from diseases they didn't ask for.I write this review in an attempt to expose the stigma in hopes of much-needed change.

Saw Denise O’Hara today and she was fantastic. I had gone to this practice for years but wanted to see a woman for obvious reasons. She really heard my concerns and was very thorough with even questions.

Wife saw Dr. Feldman for years. Great guy. I switched to Dr. Lee only because he was younger. Great guy, knows his stuff.

I have been going here since dr Affatato was in the other office for almost 20 years and I had to switch drs after Affatato left for the VA hospital back in 2016. nurse practitioner Tameeka Jenkins took her place but left after having a baby. I have severe medical problems including diabetes and asthma as well as very bad digestive issues. Today I officially filed a grievance against lawndale Internal medicine for lack of services. I have been forced the past couple years to go to the ER or Urgent care for my medical needs since the Nurse Kai or Kara refuses to let me make a drs appointment or to talk to the office manager to see why I can’t be seen and have a severe attitude on the phone. I’m throwing up continuously because of bile reflux and they wont seem to help me but try to pass you off to another doctors office that doesn’t know your history. Very sad as this is the only drs office I’ve ever known since moving to Philadelphia and isn’t my health just as important than any other patient that walks through the door?

I have been going to this practice for 15 years. I have nothing but good things to say. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend them.

I needed a new primary and Denise O'hara came highly recommended. Was asked about family history the normal questions, and she ordered blood work, upon an appointment with my obgyn, I was told I have High BP and boarderline Diabetic. You would think that your primary would call and tell you these results especially when both as well as heart disease run in your family. I am very disappointed especially when you call and your wait time is more than 15 mins and your never told that she was on vacation. I work for a doctor's office and they don't treat their patient's like that. Come on get it together. I most definitely will be looking for another primary.

The practice has drastically change. I can't call without being on hold for 25 min or longer. I work in a Physicians office and this is not how an office is supposed to run. I just need a refill and can't through

Horrible service . Every time I call their office I’m always on hold for 30 mins and when I get to first in line it just keeps on ringing and ringing and ringing and no one answers .

My wife just had major back surgery and during surgery the surgery her heart kept throwing PVC’s. She was told to follow up with her primary physician. When she was able to ride in the car she called for an appointment and explained her situation. First the receptionist said she had nothing in the near future. Finally she spoke to the Office Manager and she was given an appointment today at 11:00. It took her at least a half hour to convince them to give her an appointment. When she arrive today she was told he was running an hour behind. Unfortunately my wife could not sit that long. When she told the receptionist she was referred to the Office Manager who told her there was nothing she could do. She the proceed to get Dr. Reinprecht who said the same thing. He said she should not make an appointment at this time if she could not wait. When she tried to tell him this what they gave her, he could not have cared less. He and the Office Manager then proceeded to give her another appointment next week. When she said it was about her heart he ignored her. Then the Office Manager told him she wanted her records. He said fine, I have only seen her a few times and left the room. He is the worst example of good doctor. He could of care less about my wife, did even have the common courtesy to ask how she felt. I would think twice before ever making an appointment there. Not one person was interested it anything we had to say.

First of all I love Dr. Reinprecht. He is incredible. However he was on vacation and I went in for a pain in my kidney. I was evaluated by a nurse practitioner. I was told to call a scheduler for a kidney ultrasound. When I called they said are u sure your prescription is for kidney and abdomen. I called lawn dale office and they said wrong prescription come back to office. Meanwhile all these times I was put on hold for 40 minutes to hour. 3 separate times. I then picked up revised prescription and called scheduler office center in jersey for ultrasound in Blair mill office. Again on hold for 1/2 hr. When I arrived for appt the next day after driving an hour thru traffic. I was told by desk receptionist that my prescription was not electronically signed and they could not give me ultrasound. She tried to call lawndale but was put on hold and did not have option to call dr line or office. She waited 15 minutes and then told me to call laenfale it was now 4 pm I arrived at 325. I called office and was told by automated system that I was 16th in line. I drove home thru rush hour with no ultrasound allowed. I then went to office at lawndale the next morning and they looked at me as if I had 3 eyes. They said it was because of new system. No apologies nothing. They said that nurse practitioner was off and they would email her and call me when they get new prescription, no call after 2 days more and now I go in person to office since I cannot get their on phone. I’m the desk does not remember me even though they talked to me earlier in week. They go back to other nurse practioner and come back with an illegible signature in bottom of prescription followed by crnp. Really the worst run organization. Still don’t have new appt. scheduled,
