I order a sweatshirt 3 weeks. 2 weeks into I called and was told”I’m looking at it right now “. Tuesday before my event I personally went to shop and was told “almost done “ I said ok I will come back Friday or Saturday morning to pick up. Got there Saturday morning around 11:00 and then was told “ sorry I forgot all about your order”. I said ok I needed it today and ordered 3 weeks ago. Just cancel this order. She ( the owner) shrugged her shoulders and said well , ok! No appology . Not good business practice!!

I only asked her to make my daughter's birthday shirts because she is a friend of my ex girlfriend (fiance at the time). Candy (the owner) was supposed to embroider shirts for my daughter's 16th birthday. She waited until the very last minute to do the work and it was crappy iron on instead and at the very last minute. When we finally received the shirts (the day we were leaving for my daughter's birthday weekend) I seen not only were they iron on bit where she cut the mate

After designing a print logo for a client they decided they wanted sweatshirts & hats made with it stitched on rather than silkscreened… they contracted the job back to me to further this process. Being that I made the logo in Photoshop, I saved it as a 600dpi TIFF image & they had no problem working with it & thread printing the beautiful Tiger logo. It was done on time & without hassle.
