I’m not one for leaving reviews, but I had to for this one. Unfortunately, one of my fellow soldiers had to return home unexpectedly for the death of his grandmother. The funeral home referred me to Sheldon‘s flowers so that we could have an arrangement made. Fortunately Geno was one of the most professional, empathetic and helpful people I could have spoke with. He was well prepared and knowledgeable about how to assist me in sending our condolences to support a fellow service member and his family grieving the loss of his grandmother. In addition to the personal experience, I had with Geno over the phone to make this happen cost of his services are very reasonable, and the skill of their services are exceptional. Would give more stars if allow to recommend this business.

My family and I were looking for a florist to send a sympathy arrangement to a loved one. Because we are several hundred miles away, we were finding it difficult. I stumbled upon Sheldon's Flowers in Rochester, PA on the internet and new immediately I had found the perfect one. I made a phone call and was greeted by the delightful owner, Geno. Geno was in the middle of working on flowers for a funeral but patiently listened to what I wanted. I felt confident in what he described and I had no doubt that my purchase would be worth every penny. He sent me this photo to make sure I was satisfied and even let me know that the arrangement had been delivered. Geno was patient and kind and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Sheldon's Flowers.

Celebrating our 20th year Anniversary and wanted something special using the colors from our wedding. Geno worked with me on coming up with the perfect arrangement. If you need a florist, I highly recommend Geno and Sheldon’s Flowers

Wow these guys are awesome! I wanted some flowers for my 94 year old mom and i wanted them immediately. I called on a Sunday morning and within a couple of hours not only did my mom have her flowers but Gino went way above and beyond to make them exceptional for her! He even called to tell me where he left them ( she’s hard of hearing so i asked him to leave them on the porch). She was blown away by how beautiful they were!! 5 stars from me! I highly recommend them!!

Sheldon’s florist is the best florist around takes time to do a great job has been so helpful to me and my family over the years he goes over and above and always does a fantastic job!! Geno is awesome always go the extra mile to help us out, Thanks Geno. I highly recommend Sheldon’s Florist!!!

Gino is absolutely incredible! I called from Colorado at the last minute, needing a stunning flower arrangement for my mother-in-law’s birthday. Gino was not only understanding of my request for a “wow” factor, but he also went above and beyond to make it happen. He personally delivered the arrangement to her workplace because she was stuck there, ensuring the flowers weren’t left outside. He even followed up with a call to let me know the flowers had been delivered and that she adored them! I can’t imagine ordering flowers from anyone else. Thank you so much, Gino, for making my mother-in-law’s day truly special!

Picture one is what I got sent to my husband's boss, so embarrassed. Picture two is what I ordered. Not even a bow or baby breath nothing
but two dozen of white roses and fern. Almost one hundred fifty. Never again. I do not recommend this place. Shame on you for scamming people. Just look at both pictures would you as a customer be upset especially when it's a Christmas gift for you husband's boss. This owner even called me and assured me he would make them especially beautiful and special WOW!

Gino is the best ever. I called him this morning around 11:30 am (last minute is my middle name) and he was able to not only create a gorgeous bouquet, but get it delivered as well. I live in Florida now & still he’s the one I call for all of my flower needs around the county area. He has taken great care of my family and I for years. Thanks for all you do Gino, you are truly amazing at all of it!

A couple of days ago, I ordered a high quality sympathy floral stand arrangement online through Sheldon's website for delivery to Boylan's Funeral Home. The experience was very straightforward one. A couple of hours later I received a call from the owner (Geno) of Sheldon's. Now, I have never dealt with Sheldon's Flower shop and I have never met Geno. He explained that the arrangement I had ordered was not available due to a product supplier problem. Geno then suggested an alternative floral stand arrangement, which would be fuller, larger and more colorful for the same price. He also offered to personally deliver the arrangement to Boylan's, on time. I trusted what he had to say and I accepted. Today he sent me the attached photo of the arrangement that I ordered. I could not be more pleased. Really beautiful and much larger than the the (large) floral stand arrangement I had originally ordered. I have never dealt with these folks before, and I live two thousand miles away, but this man and his shop, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely place my trust in this shop again. I would exceedingly recommend Sheldon's to anyone who is in search of a high quality product that will be handled in a personal and professional manner. BTW, the owner called me after the floral arrangement was completed to show me a photo of the shop's work, and to let me know he was about to deliver the arrangement to Boylan's - on time. Again I was super impressed and happy with the result. It left me feeling like we must support our small businesses in our local communities whenever possible. They get the job done, often with sacrifices involved that none of us see. They are often owned and staffed by people from our own local communities. Thank you for all the hard work Geno. I am quite pleased with the overall experience and result.

Had a wonderful experience with Sheldon's Flowers and would highly recommend them. They delivered a gorgeous birthday bouquet same day for me just from a description over the phone and the recipient said they were the most beautiful flowers they'd ever received! Give them a call- you won't regret it.
