I don’t usually take the time to leave an online review unless I am wowed. They did a great job on the repair. The repaired door literally lines up better than the original door on the other side of the car! Also, it was SO GREAT that they were able to fit us in so that we could get the repair done while we were on vacation! Also, their communication was very good! It was done early!!! We had our car back the day we got back from vacation. They even said that if it wasn’t done in time we could use a loaner car from them! And after checking out how great they did on the repair, the icing on the cake was that the inside of the car literally looked like it was detailed!Great work! Great service! Great communication! Great clean up at the end! Could not be happier with the entire process!

If I could put zero stars, I would.I was involved in a front-end collision in December of 2022. This shop came highly recommended from another local mechanic. I dropped it off and was quoted that it would be done in March (rough, but understandable). March came and went with no communication. I called. "I'm waiting on parts, hopefully two more weeks." Three weeks go by. I call again. "Two more weeks, still waiting on parts."Fast forward to May, after several more "two more weeks", he says he has all the parts but is short-handed. He proceeds to tell me "one more month" several times the whole way into late July. He then tells me that he is waiting on more parts. I ask him, "You said you had them in May. Did you lie then, or are you lying now? The best response he can give me is "I am hoping to have it to you by the end of September".He wasted almost 9 months of my time, lied to me about parts, and provided zero communication. I reached out to him EVERY SINGLE TIME. This shop should be ashamed of how they run. They would be out of business in any other industry. Put up a sign reading, "Two more weeks." It can be your new slogan.Services: Painting

I’ve had several accidents with damage to my cars and they make it look like new again. They match the paint perfectly and are better than the factory’s. They are always as fast as possible and great to work worth. I recommend them all the time!Services: Body & Trim

They did an excellent job fixing the car. Looks brand new.They need an office Manger or someone to run the phones and do their orders. They changed my estimated completion date from the 7th to the 10th to the 15th to the 21st. The one guy who answered the phone said "we ordered the wrong bumper so we have to order the correct one" the other guy claimed they were sent the wrong bumper...Every time my car was supose to be done I'd have to call them and ask and every time I was told something had delayed it being Done... they do not communicate well.They also had additional repairs for it to pass inspection and when I asked is it required or suggested the guy said idk I will have to check I asked how much it would cost he said idk I will have to check. And when I said I just replaced the breaks he said we'll you didn't replace the rotors so they need new breaks and rotors to which I replied I replaces both and he didn't have a reply to that because either he expected me to be stupid or he is lying. Which really iritated me.I had had my oil changed at subaru before taking it in for the body work and they did their multi point inspection and marked all breaks as good... not great but good.They didn't even mention the fact it definitely needs new tires to pass inspection.Long story short if you want something fixed well they can do that... they are not fast... the man who answers the phone is not good at his job... and they definitely should not inspect your vehical after you get the body work done.

This is my go to body shop. I'm really picky about my paint work and I've had terrible experiences at dealership shops. For the last decade or so, Tony at Precise is my only trusted shop.i strongly recommend that you only trust your baby to Tony!

I had my Jeep sitting at this garage for 6 months, time and time again I called asking for updates with the same excuse of “I can’t get the parts.” I believed him until we finally pulled my car and took it to a garage about 15 minutes away. Jeep was done in a month and he said he was easily able to get all of the parts. Not really sure why the owner lied to us for months, & Im not one to write nasty reviews, but this was beyond ridiculous. Thanks for nothing!

My car has been there for over 2 months. Every time I call for an update I'm told they have enough parts they ordered to get started. It will be scheduled soon. I'm paying daily for a rental at this point and they won't provide any further information. Extremely unhelpful and rude to talk to.
