This review is a bit overdue. I bought a home with central air but the seller did not disclose that the air conditioner didn't work. This was a tough lesson to learn during a very hot Pa. summer. Five hvac companies came to my house the same day. Their estimates ran from $5000-$7000+ for a new ac unit. Mailer was the ONLY one of the five that actually looked inside the unit to find that a burned wire was the problem. They had it repaired in less than an hour saved me a lot of money for this summer.

A trustworthy and honest company to get it done. Maier helped me and my property after full demo and reconstruction and was very patient and helpful it was a big project and they gave the best quotes. Its been months Since their service and I still think about how their crew was good to me.

I have used the Maier team for years for everything from yearly inspections to emerency repairs to full replacement of my oil furnace and I have nothing but great things to say. I have been very impressed with the team, and it take a lot to impress me.

Joshua came today to get my oil furnace back up and running. He listened to my concerns, efficiently diagnosed the issue, explained my options and quickly completed the replacement of the faulty part. Very reasonable fee for service call and repair. I would recommend him and would use them next time there's an issue.

I just purchased a home in Rochester, and recently started Turing my hot water broiler on and I've been feeling awful every time with headaches and a cough.I had 1.other company come out when I first moved in to inspect the unit, he cleared it to use.Yesterday and today I felt absolutely awful but better after leaving for awhile. I called Maier at 9am and told them my concerns and I thought it was me being paranoid by 1pm I had a tech out and his CO reader went off right away!I got so scared having a child and pets in my house. Luckily he was able to fix the leak and I will be getting a new unit from Maier soon! I'm so glad I went with my gut and not another day of being sick and getting poisoning.Thanks again for keeping my family safe!
