“Sales and delivery were excellent. Debbie did an excellent job with both our furniture order this year. However, the repair side of AK Nahas customer service did not meet our standards, so we deducted one star. Getting a piece to repair a damaged leg was not so good. Finally got a part that would work, but getting it took awhile. They mailed the part to us with postage due!! The manager never followed up on the postal costs we had to pay to the post office to get the part. Would have liked to have been reimbursed the unpaid postal fee, since we saved them the cost of a repair call. Overall, I would still recommend AK Nahas for selection, price and sales.Update: AK Nahas sent a check to cover the postage costs plus a little extra. Changed my rating to 5 Stars for their service and acknowledgment of my concerns.”
“This place is great. I can , and have, furnished my entire abode with the helpful people here. Get in and check it out for yourself. If they don’t have it on hand, they can most likely find it. These guys know how to get it done. Not ready to move in yet? They had storage units as well. Need to empty out an office building and store that? I’ve seen them make that happen. Need that material shipped? They can help you get that Together as well. Stop in and ask. You might be surprised what they can help you with.???”

“Editing my post…Original post….Was told my order would be in by August. Then told it would be another 6 weeks even though I was told the furniture was at warehouse. A warehouse delivery wasn’t going to happen for 6-7 weeks. Got the run around on the phone. Lady who answers the phone never called back. Only one person tried to help. They are very willing to sell the furniture and tell you it will be in but that is not the case. Moving out of state and will need to figure out how to get my furniture now. Disappointed.After my post I received a call and they are going to make things work for us. Thank you. We have purchased from McKinney in the past and have always been very satisfied with both service and quality. It is one of the first places we go when looking for furniture in the area. Again thank you for keeping a satisfied customer and making this right. I have changed my review.”
