“The postal workers at this office are so wonderfully kind! I ordered an artist-signed vinyl from overseas and the package was damaged in transit so the signed cover fell out. I was so sad and assumed someone stole it before it reached the US. Fast forward a week later, my husband is dropping off a package and the person working the counter noticed my name on the return label, which matched the name on the signed cover (that he happened to remember?!?), and asked if one of our packages had been missing something recently… because the staff had seen it after it fell out and saved it for OVER A WEEK, I assume not knowing if they’d ever find the owner but recognizing it was important!!! I was in total shock and so touched, it meant so much to me. These days the world is a tough place and service jobs are so hard to keep a positive outlook with. But clearly the staff here still care about our community. Bridgeville is lucky to have them ❤️”

“I just want to acknowledge Kathleen. She is awesome. Even while dealing with "Karen" and her Amazon returns. This store was packed, with a line inside and outside. Kathleen was very friendly and fast. "Karan" came in with 3 packages to return to Amazon and only 2 codes/labels. Obviously that will cause a problem. Instead of being upset with Amazon, she took it out on Kathleen. I have to say, she has a lot more patience than myself. This woman had attitude and was being extremely rude. “Our customer service experience was exceptional! Ms. Tay & Mr. Delton deserve a promotion. They each get 5 ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩They helped us expeditiously, as the Westin Hotel front desk referred to use their Fax machine. Upon entering the FedEx, he greeted with a warm island welcome, as if we were on a Jamaican cruise. Ms. Tay was very kind, professional in guiding how to use the printer. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the call of duty for excellent customer service.Mr. Delton made it a joyful environment for customers with his exuberance. “This store in Pittsburgh is near and tidy. That’s important because as an older person I dint want to trip over cardboard boxes etc. the manager came over, was very nice, answered my questions and got me everything I needed. I appreciated their customer service. The woman at the checkout was cheerful and had a big smile. “We got stuff printed here for my bridal shower, and we had to emergency print some stuff that we forgot about. Everything was ready when we went and picked it up, and Shaun was so helpful. He was so nice to us even though we were incredibly stressed out, and helped us out with making sure we were paying the correct amount. everything we printed turned out great! “Staff here are *amazing.* I had ordered a pair of earrings for wedding however due to shipping delays they would not have been delivered in time (they were timed to arrive a couple hours after the ceremony started). I had talked to the front desk (specifically Tim) who was so kind and made sure that I had my package in time by holding it aside for me and coordinating to have me pick it up first thing in the morning. “I drive out of my way to use this fed ex store. As a company, specifically in regards to deliveries, I would rate fed ex at one star but this location is definitely five star worthy. I have only used their shipping services but they are helpful with securing, taping, printing, etc. if you call in advance they can provide an email address to send the label you need printed to save time.”
