1 - 4PM 9AM - 12PM
105 McGovern Blvd, Glenwillard“This post office is absolutely awesome. The people are always so kind and helpful. The people at this office should train other local post offices on how to treat customers. It is actually a joy to stop at the Crescent post office. Thank you for being so nice.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
736 W Ingomar Rd, Ingomar“Dave is absolutely wonderful. He is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers. This is a small location but I continue to come here because of the employees.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
139 E Main St, Carnegie“I put the wrong address on something that was being shipped to me and this post office bent over backwards to communicate with me, find the package, and get it to me. Thank you, Emily!”
“They do terrific customer service at this post office I'm a stamp collector and I want my postcards and letters to be hand canceled and they've done that graciously I really appreciate that very much I'm headed over there today and I'm hoping that they have the new Standing Bear I need a sheet of the Standing Bear stamps”
8AM - 6PM
1001 Liberty Ave Ste R20, Pittsburgh“They are always super friendly and super helpful. Have gone to them for passport photos, certified mail, many stamps, they are always very reliable and friendly. I am so thankful for this location and the employees here!”
“This is a good post office for in-store service. Staff is knowledgable and friendly and the store has allot of services including passport service. Got my passport through this branch and it was hassle-free. If you gotta go to the Post Office this is the one to go to.”
2 - 5PM 9AM - 1PM
3038 W Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh“Josh at the post office was so helpful! I had no idea where to print out my label and he not only helped me find a place to print it but also reopened my bag and taped it back up for me when I forgot to put a label inside. 10/10 recommend!”
“I had no idea this post office was here. I was looking for a place to mail a package and somebody told me that it was here. It has all the normal services, friendly staff behind the counter, and it's very convenient for me.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
1020 Merchant St, Ambridge“I went in to try to track a package that is coming from China (trusted site I've used multiple times) and the man working couldn't locate the package as it is coming from a different carrier then through USPS. However, he told me to come back in a week, if the package didn't arrive, and he would try to see what was going on with the shipping time. He was extremely nice and willing to help me and answer my questions.”
“I visit this location several times a week. Tauren is awesome! The older guy too. I came into contact with a lady supervisor/manager once; she was terrible…grouchy full of attitude…but I haven’t seen her in a long time. But 99% of the time I have a pleasant experience. They’re very rigid/consistent with their pickup times which is great because I know what I’m gonna get. If the Dropbox in the lobby is jammed, it’s just full. You can drop off inside to the far right or you can try to ring the bell. Just let them know it’s jammed. Last Dropbox pickup is 5:30 M-F and 3:30 Saturdays. So if you get there at 5:45 go inside or else it won’t get picked up until the next day.”
9:30AM - 5PM
4 Parkway Center Dr S Ste 150, Pittsburgh“Maybe one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with USPS. The woman working the counter was a hoot, super friendly, I had a smile on my face the whole time. No line, in and out in record time. Perfection.”
“Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”
“Wonderful experience, was with an older gentleman with glasses and a mustache, I wish I caught his name. He was very polite friendly and patient, I came here after going to west stueben post office and had horrible service there. I will be going to this place from now on because of how helpful he was”
9AM - 4:30PM
914 5th Ave, Coraopolis“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”
“Rick in the passport office was freaking phenomenal. Called me earlier in the day to tell me exactly what paperwork was needed, what to make copies of, etc. In and out in 12 minutes. There's no better passport processing in Pittsburgh, I promise you people.”
“The reviews about the "Wonderful Postmistress" are false. She had her Family write them Dude who needed his mailbox moved doesn't even live in Sewickley. He lives in WV! The truth.”
“Just went in to ship a package for the first time and the lady helping me was so nice and explained everything I needed to know. I was in and out it probably 4 minutes :)”
“Nestled in some of the coolest hills I have been fortunate enough to see and positioned around several indescribably awesome attractions this branch is quaint & convenient! The customer service was indisputably professional & was prepared & seemingly enthusiastic with accomplishing the tasks I needed to complete! I left satisfied & grateful for an exceptional experience!”
“Rob Roy and Juan are amazing ? I'm here almost every single day. They go beyond expectations to help me every single time! If you come in screaming and blaming them for your own mistakes expect to get back what you give. They are literally the two best people I've ever dealt with at USPS in 40+ years?❤️”
“The postal workers at this office are so wonderfully kind! I ordered an artist-signed vinyl from overseas and the package was damaged in transit so the signed cover fell out. I was so sad and assumed someone stole it before it reached the US. Fast forward a week later, my husband is dropping off a package and the person working the counter noticed my name on the return label, which matched the name on the signed cover (that he happened to remember?!?), and asked if one of our packages had been missing something recently… because the staff had seen it after it fell out and saved it for OVER A WEEK, I assume not knowing if they’d ever find the owner but recognizing it was important!!! I was in total shock and so touched, it meant so much to me. These days the world is a tough place and service jobs are so hard to keep a positive outlook with. But clearly the staff here still care about our community. Bridgeville is lucky to have them ❤️”
