When we moved to the area a few years ago, I was at a loss on where to take our vehicles.

This place is excellent! I stopped by without an appointment, I'm new to the area, and the mechanic diagnosed my front-end issue and got me in quick. Fees were very reasonable, I will be returning.

I was recommended to this place from a family friend who's been coming here for years and i needed to find a good, reliable mechanic and i found the one! this place is great everyone is so nice and it's reasonable pricing for very good work. I needed my back breaks, rotor, and front headlight changed and it only took them maybe 2-3 hours. which i was expecting a lot longer, but very great people and service!!

West Penn Auto came recommended by a family member in the area who has been a customer for a number of years. My 2011 Honda Accord was due for inspection and without issues, I was able to make an appointment, drop off the car, and was kept informed of all labor and services needed. Two (2) days later, the car was ready. Given the age, mileage (over 100,000 miles), and wear and tear from long commutes, the total was reasonable. The mechanics were professional, friendly, and communicative, even worked with me with one little issue--insurance information was not printed but found digitally on my personal devices. So, merely had to give information over the phone. All-in-all a good experience. Would recommend this establishment.

I will never go to another garage. Mike is the only honest mechanic in the area. This is a family owned and operated garage. Ive been using this garage for a few years and they have been nothing but wonderful.
