This is the worst post office I have ever used. I've caught the delivery driver falsely writing a note that I wasn't home without ever knocking on my door, so I called the post office. They never pick up the phone on the first try and when they do answer the phone the lady I usually talk to is SUPER rude and doesn't let me finish a sentence. For some reason this year we hardly ever get mail and this post office sucks at delivering my packages and they always make me come in to pick them up. I have security cam footage of this lady sitting in her car filling out the note rather than knocking on my door. One of my letters was also opened that appeared to have a gift card in it. Who do I have to call to get a proper investigation done at this place?

Terrible. If a package is just too big to fit in the mailbox, they will just force it in. If it won't fit in the mailbox at all, they will throw it wherever they feel like. The boxes for the packages in the grass disintegrated in my hands from the rain.

I have been visiting this post office for more than 20 years. Granted it is not the same since Pat retired, but everyone does their best to make the process easy and offers their customers suggestions on how to save money.

The absolute worst post office we've ever experienced. I've obviously used the PO my whole adult life but on top of that we run a small business and ship consistently. We had to literally stop using this post office because they never picked up, they never answer the phone and they are consistently inconsiderate and rude. I understand the world we are in and the lack of individuals working but there is something to be said about taking pride in your work and if this is a "bigger than this branch" issue then the postal service needs to step up. For a time they weren't even delivering mail - but didn't even bother informing those of us that they weren't delivering too. Do better or find a different job. And if higher up is reading this - hire the right people, pay them the right amount and get people in to help.

This post office refuses to deliver packages when there is the slightest bit of weather and will tell you they can't deliver it due to ice (even though both FedEx and UPS had delivered packages the same day). Customer service is less than acceptable and they know we are stuck with them so they do not care and now don't even try to be helpful.

So sad Postal workers give you attitude instead of compassion. They are the ones raising the delivery prices. Obviously overpaid and under trained. For a small town post office they need to review the employees at this location. Will drive to the next town for service.

After contacting them today about them not picking up our mail from our mailbox for days, they said we had to be delivered mail in order for any to be picked up. That's new, but whatever.
Later, they delivered mail and still didn't pick up our outgoing mail. What is the excuse going to be tomorrow? Oh, we're just spiteful ********?

Feel bad for getting irritated with the mail clerks here and for that I deeply apologize. Whatever happens in the mail room is not necessairly their fault. USPS tracking app itself lied about how long the packages were being held at my local post center. Be ware and be courteous
