Horrible experiences I bought a phone at the roaring spring location then it quit working after 2 months I took it back they said they can't do anything about it which i didn't believe why do you sell phones if you don't want to service or replace them terrible ?I had to call the Verizon company so I did even the company didn't care called the company like 5 times everytime they said they'll send one out but never happened so now I have a t mobile phone if Verizon wants my business they better give me a new phone for free if I could give them zero stars I would ,yes I own a T Mobile phone now I like it a lot better Verizon can sell phones to people that don't know better
