Independent staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns. The technicians came to my house first to measure and insure the fit would be perfect. The day of installation they were prompt and well prepared. They cleaned up after themselves and left my garage cleaner then it was when they started. The technicians placed a label on the doors with their name and number in the event that there needed to be any adjustments or concerns. This shows that they take pride in their work and stand behind what the sell and the job they do. I would recommend them for any job that they do.

A++++ Fast service, came the first day to help get my car out of the garage even though they didn’t have the spring … installed it the next day …door runs smoother than it did before! Very reasonable prices!! Highly Recommend!!!

Very knowledgeable, from the minute you make the call. They explain everything that’s going on to you, prompt very fast service, came out less than an hour after I called. Joe and Austin are excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone. And the nice thing is they’re local, in the county. Nothing negative at all. Will definitely do business with them again.

I have been using them for years. However, I need to find someone else. It will be a year since I went to them to get my garage fixed. They never came to do the job. I wanted to stay local, but I guess not. Well they said they would come so I will give them another chance.

Would highly recommend Independent Dock and Door. Our garage door quit working….they were quick to come out and diagnose our problem. Once diagnosed they quickly ordered the required part, scheduled service and installed. Techs were polite and efficient. Office staff polite and prompt at returning calls.
