I would never take my car to this shop. They worked on this car. I bought a car from the owner and have had nothing but problems since I got it. After 5 days of owning it, btw it sat from the night I bought it 8/2/19 til I had to return a rental car 8/7/19, after an accident. had with a deer. The timeline is as follows.
At the rental company I noticed antifreeze running very fast out from under the car I drove it straight to my mechanic. They ended up replacing the thermostat. Then the fuse for the air conditioner compressor blew so they replaced it. 8/9/19 Drove it home and parked it. Got up to clean the inside out and vacuum it and it wouldn’t start. 8/10/19 took the battery out had it tested at auto store it was at 52%. The auto parts store employee had me look at a few things because he states the battery even if it low like that should still start the car. One of the things he had me look at was the air filter. When I opened it up there was a rats nest in there. I have pictures. I cleaned it out and put the battery in and it did start. On 8/11/19 went to go to work the car would not start. I ended up going in to get a new battery and drove it in to auto store and had the computer put on it and two codes came up one the oil injector would need replaced and tire sensor would need replaced. On 8/12/19 went to go to work the car wouldn’t start. I ended up having it towed to my mechanic again. After testing and looking at the reasons it wouldn’t start he came up with the air conditioner clutch is bad. The reason the fuse keeps blowing. When the clutch goes bad it doesnt allow the pulse injectors to be felt so the car won’t start. The reason the air conditioner worked when I went to see and drive the car is that there was gum out aka starter fluid put in the air compressor to make it work until it dissolved then the fuse will blow and the car won’t start. So the air conditioner had to be disconnected and the cost is between $600-$800 to fix. On 8/15/19 I had the light bulbs replaced which now going to cost me more money because after taking the bra off to get to the lights, which by the way won’t pass inspection-after I asked them if it would, the clips were broke that held the lights in and the actually duck taped the one piece in place and instead of replacing the clips for the lights they siliconed them on and they put screws in to hold the headlight cover on the car to the body.
For a mechanic or company to fool someone to sell a car is just wrong. This is my primary vehicle and my daughter and grand daughter ride in the car and were with me the day I bought it. With this car having so many issues how could anyone let a newborn in this car.
When the car was in the shop for the thermostat I actually called the shop to see if there was something they knew about that the antifreeze would be running out and I was told by his employee that I bought the car as is and they can’t help me cause they would need to look at it and they don’t have a tow truck to bring it to their shop. He was very rude and I was not able to talk to the owner because he was “out”.
Shame on you people for such bad service.

What father would let his daughter drive something with issues. Shame on you people for such bad service.
