8865 Norwin Ave #27, North Huntingdon“I utilize this UPS store very frequently for all of my shipping and printing needs. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and able to answer any questions I may have. I had my wedding invitations printed here and they turned out beautifully. All packages I've sent through this store have shipped quickly and arrived safely to their location. Highly recommend using this store for all of your printing and shipping needs!”
“I've been here to drop off many packages over the past two months. Customer service has always been excellent. They've brought out hand trucks when I've brought in big loads, helped me carry in smaller loads, and just now re-taped a box that I forgot to fully seal on the bottom. When I don't have time to drop off packages myself, I've scheduled pickups. My packages have always gotten to their destination on time.”
“Been using ups 15 years for my ebay business. First time at the new stanton customer center and i am happy as can be. The 2 women inside were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with my situation!”
“I always come to this post office instead of several closer ones. The parking lot is accessible and the workers here go out of their way to help you. They are so efficient! Hard to leave without a smile.”

116 Grant St, Turtle Creek“The people here are super nice and do the best they can. The problem is that the whole postal system is so goofed up that sometimes there's nothing the people here can do.”

135 W Pennsylvania Ave, New Stanton“I am fed up with this postal service i have lived here for more than 2 years and my rent has been lost bills not received and purchases returned and not delivered my mother didn't recieve one of her bills for six months and now has cost her a lot of late fees etc to catch up what the HELL is the problem im calling to complain again”
“In search of a post office near me or on the way to work that was open before I had to start work. I lucked out finding this post office that opens at 8am Monday thru Friday (and 9 on Sat) and is very convenient for me. It was exactly a month before Christmas and I had all my presents wrapped and packaged way early because I had perishables. I had every single package with me meaning multiple trips to the car. Ed was very helpful, fast, and efficient getting me in and out in a flash with as little fuss and hassle as possible. He was polite and cordial and experienced in his position. I am most appreciative!”
8:30AM - 6PM
2630 Monroeville Blvd, Monroeville“I use this Post Office location often. All USPS representatives are always very helpful, regardless of questions or service I need. One suggestion, have an automated kiosk where customers can purchase stamps, envelope etc. during the after ours, that would make this location Perfect ?? outside of that I have no complaints.”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
1 Priority Ln, Murrysville“This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”
“AMENDED REVIEW:
I have since learned that this branch is considered a 'hub' of sorts for Amazon and UPS. Sunday deliveries are not actually from the Post Office or their regular carriers. Any attempts at rectification of the lies of the other drivers by Postal employees is ignored by the other companies. I hope the letters to my local Rep and the AG will shed light on this problem and the additional burden it places on our local Post Office employees.
........
A formal complaint will be filed when they open. Sunday April 28, 2024. Early afternoon.
Our mailbox is on the street about 50 yards from our house. My husband was standing in the driveway holding our grandson, I was on the front porch, and we all watched the carrier pull up, hang out, get out, get back in, hang out, then leave with someone in an suv parked/following behind him.
Two hours later, I get a notification that my package could not be delivered because there was 'No Access To The Address'. ?
This is more than the 5th time that some lie has been told , by a carrier, about why my mail can't be delivered. It is never my regular carrier, always a substitute or Sundays.
Just, WHY?
Edit to add: After reading other reviews, I am going to file a formal complaint with the State AG too. Lying about delivery is apparently a problem within this office. In any other profession, lying is fraud. ??♀️”

223 S 5th St, Jeannette“I wanted to thank Nate for helping me track down a very important work package that got delivered to the wrong address. I was hamstrung and not able to work without this piece to my laptop and the main number was not super helpful. Once Nate called he was on the case and I had my package within an hour! Thanks Nate!!”
“I just have a question. A firm said that a truck with my package on wrecked and the local firefighters have it in their possession and want $25,000 from me to get my package. Now I don’t believe that. I’m sure in any accident Fed-Ex protects the mail and delivers it to the customer expediently. Am I right? Thanks.”
“Exceptional service. One of the best experiences I ever had with a shipping company. The Pak Mail Pittsburgh Crate & Ship team was extremely professional and kind, and their quotes were reasonable (something rare when packaging antiques) —an absolute pleasure to work with them.”
