I can’t speak more highly of the effective care Dr. Conner gave my dad with dementia. His care and review for my father was professional. When I asked for a dementia test, he promptly gave my dad one and generously had his license revoked for his safety. He treated my dad great and it was sad my dad passed. I had to sue my brother over abuse and illegal and medical negligence on my poor father. Dr Kevin Conner went to court to help testify to my dads dementia. The judge was very impressed with his credentials . His testimony was credible and a big part of wining my case was due to Dr Conner! He has never been to court and I’m very grateful for his time away from the office. He was very helpful, reliable and informative to my dads dementia and treatment of him for years with Dr Ratner!
Dr Conner is wonderful doctor and is my primary physician and I recommend and appreciate his medical expertise!
I’m beyond grateful for his dedication to my deceased father and appreciate his kind time and testimony. God Bless?

While I love the medical staff, the reception is often cold. You're treated like you're bothering them by coming in to the office. When you say "hello" or "good morning", the response you get is, "I'll be with you in a minute". It's not hard to just throw in a "good morning" or "hello" in return in addition to "I'll be with you in a minute". These are just basic things...you don't need to be over the top but maybe I was raised a bit better than that.

ruth you are very dumb. learn how to read. if you can read you'll see where i used 2 pharmicies. you sent the script to the wrong pharmacy. its your fault. its your job to correct the problem and not the patients. you are very stupid. you're a no good person.

Don't understand the low stars I have been coming here since I was 16 years old. The doctors are all great especially Dr. Connor! Very clean and professional clinic! I use the Healow application it makes scheduling appointments a breeze versus calling to make an appointment. They also refill medications and respond to messages on there as well it's very convenient and times have changed so get the app. The front desk for my experience has always been polite they have a lot of patients and a lot of work besides answering phones and checking patients in for appointments so if you need to get in touch the app saves you a lot of time.

Struggling with asthma after having COVID, Dr. Connor was more than willing to see me right away to get me the medication I needed to control the asthmatic symptoms as a new patient after my asthma/allergist refused to see me and receiving subpar care from urgent care. I have been under his care since and the entire office are always cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend his practice.

Unsure of these negative reviews but realize everyone's experience can be different. I had a fantastic experience. I was a new patient and was given an appointment right away, not weeks or months away. Staff was very nice and efficient. Saw PA Nilan Patel, very nice, very sharp as good as any DR (MD or DO) I've seen in past with diagnosis, skill and ability. Very glad I came here. Now my new primary place.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The desk has the most abysmal people skills I have ever witnessed in Healthcare. The woman who answers the phone is arrogant and nasty. It takes multiple tries to get an appointment. You get put on hold and even hung up on. They treated a family member of mine needing complex symptoms management. He's been seen twice in office within the past two weeks and has gone there for decades. When he calls about pain management or even with a question the staff snaps and makes the excuse "it won't be until the end of the day" or "I don't know" or "we aren't staffed. One of the PAs is on vacation and you need to wait". As a healthcare provider myself I doubt these women would have the same patience with me if I told them they needed to "wait until rhe end of the day for their medication". I myself have been a PT for the past 10 yes and recently changed my PCP because of the horrible staff behavior.
