Brad Smith's Service Center is a highly regarded and honest mechanic shop. The team is known for being incredibly nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. They provide fantastic and spectacular service, with great work and fair, more than fair pricing. They are understanding and encourage customers to do things themselves when able. The shop is very busy and booked because of its excellent reputation, operating on a first-come, first-serve basis. People often line up early, even before the official opening time. Despite being busy, they communicate well and make an effort to fit people in, sometimes even offering same-day service. They go above and beyond, such as providing rides or picking up vehicles for customers' convenience. They are considered by far one of the best service centers around, a well-respected professional business that is hard to find nowadays.

Got my oil change and they were able to fit me in within a week. Synthetic oil was fair price at $79. Dropped off my car at 730am. They texted once it was done at 1020. Incredibly nice guys! They made sure I had a ride back when I dropped my car off
