“Couldn't have been happier with my purchase and experience here. When my dishwasher died I called local big box stores and visited a family owned store near my job. Everyone either didn't have the exact features and color I wanted or had bad customer service (hello Lowes). This store is a good distance from my house but after emailing what color, features, and budget I had in mind their response told me it was worth the drive. They had three options in stock that met all my criteria, which considering I wanted black was a huge plus. Apparently other stores now consider black a custom order! Within 10 minutes I made my purchase and took advantage of their delivery and removal service, which considering I'm not in the same county was huge! My salesperson was very personable as well as knowledgeable and not pushing. He knew what I wanted and didn't try to steer me in another direction. Plus they had tons of different appliances in stock, many in black. He said they stock black always because of the huge Mennonite clientele they cater to. Next time something dies, which I hope won't be for awhile, I'll go there immediately and not bother to shop around. Sidenote: pricing was better than big box too, my new dishwasher, with new features, and a 10 year included motor warranty was $200 less than the old one was a few years ago!”

“The 2 associates that helped me were great and extremely knowledgeable. Only down fall was I went back to get service after breaking tablet. They gave me a number to call to cancel the service. That was a week ago and I am still on a payment for a tablet I don't have. I. Person is much better than the phone service.”
