My boyfriend's 86yo mother was in need of new batteries in 2 watches. She was frustrated that there was nowhere local anymore. I offered to take care of it for her. After a quick Google search, I stopped in Friday afternoon. The woman at the desk immediately greeted me and took care of both watches in less than 3 minutes. Nothing fancy, had to walk up to the 2nd floor...but that's better than having to park and walk into a dying mall. I had to good experience here...Thank you!

I had a watch delivered to the Richboro, PA location for cleaning. Communication with this provider was mostly difficult. It took them a rather long time getting to the work and completing it. But, in the end they got it done. Perhaps it is a personnel shortage situation. Caution is, just don't be in a hurry if you decide to use them. Also, use all cautions to properly track and document your transaction.

I had not worn my solar battery watch for a couple of years when I found it in a drawer. Of course, it had been in the dark for years and was not running. I tried to charge it over a period of several days by placing it on the windowsill in the light. It would not charge. I contacted Leann at Time After Time and took it in to have the battery replaced. Called their “Customer Service” number many times trying to get order status. Call just goes to voicemail and no one ever responds to messages.Edit: after a week of calling I was finally able to get someone on the phone to discus my order.

Dropped my watch off at the Moorestown NJ location for repair on 1-6-23. I called 2 times to find out when it would be finished. The sales girls are so RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked who I was speaking to & they refused to give a name. My watch is a Michael Kors and its worth over $500.00. I called the Richboro PA headquarters to speak to a customer service rep no luck can't even talk to a real person.

I’m changing my previous 5-star review to 1 because it appears to me that TAT didn’t do almost anything to the Swiss ETA automatic movement in my microbrand German watch. Six months or so after dropping $300 for a major service and many weeks of waiting later, the watch is doing exactly.the.same.thing. I own at least 3 other watches with this movement, and none of them has this problem. And since I have too many watches, I assume I waited too long for repairs under the repair warranty.

~ I used these folks out of convenience, Same shopping center as my AWESOME dentist , Dr Miller at Richboro Family dentistry. Absurdly overpriced. Paid $55 for a battery and for the watch to be “resealed” a couple months ago. Went back today to have a link taken out of my watch taking all of 30 seconds . $17.They recently moved into a dump in an upstairs building unit. Wouldn’t use these people if I needed to use a bathroom.

Was in the mall and had to replace my battery in my watch. Dropped it off Pick my watch up in about an hour. Great. Started to wear the watch and moisture was building up on the inside glass glass leaving water inside the watch. Thinking it was not sealed properly when battery wasn't stalled. I went back to tell the manager and she basically laughed at he laughed at me and told me it has to be sent out and it would take 2 to 3 weeks.

Worst place ever! Never take watch in for battery replacement. Said the hands fell off when changing battery & had to go to shop. Been in the shop 2 months, now they tell me the crystal broke & are waiting for replacement. Takes forever to get a hold of someone to find out what is going. As I said WORST place ever!
