.I had a positive experience with the aforementioned location. The sales representatives were notably helpful, and our decision to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile resulted in cost savings. Additionally, we were able to obtain complimentary iPhones for each member of our family without being bound by a contract.However, I must now revise my review from a five-star rating to a one-star rating due to the following reasons: the excessive monthly billing, the inclusion and sale of chargers without prior consent, and the misleading nature of the free phone promotion, which resulted in unexpected charges. Furthermore, the discrepancy between the promised and received prepaid cards, as well as their limited usability, has led to a loss of trust in this establishment. Consequently, it is unlikely that I will patronize this location in the future.

Manager Nour was very helpful and patient, he also multitasking without cousins any frustrations to the customer in front of him. You should send employee from Fisterville office to observe and learn from him. This guy deserves recognition.

The team here at Richboro T-Mobile was very helpful. Even though T-Mobile phone service and online process can be a nightmare, and so is uploading data from old phone onto the new one, these guys helped as much as they could and made my life a little easier. Thank you!

0! Horrible location. DO NOT GO HERE! Salespeople are slimy and will put UNAUTHORIZED items on your phone without asking then avoid you and do not answer the phone to resolve. Horrible will be reporting to the BBB and pressing charges if they do not remediate.

It's really a shame that this store represents t-mobile which is otherwise a great company. I switched to tmobile from Verizon at this location about 5 years ago and it was a disaster. I'll spare you the details, but my experience was similar to many of the other reviews. Last week, my daughter's phone breathed it's last breath so we went there to buy a new iPhone 13 outright. No financing, no plan changes needed. Instead of selling us a phone (said there were 5 in stock online) he tried to offer us service upgrades, a new phone line, etc. I repeated that I was only looking to purchase a phone outright and he said he couldn't sell me a phone because I had a payment due the following month that was part of a payment arrangement??? When I told him that made zero sense, he said they didn't have any 13s in stock. I really don't understand what games he was playing, so we left and went to the Feasterville location where they gladly sold us the phone.

Went to the richboro store after the newtown store completely failed me. Great experience thanks to T-Mobile associate Hassan. Completely professional, and actually made me aware of special promotions and discounts that newtown store apparently didn't know or didn't bother to share. Whole transaction, 2 new phones!, was complete within an hour. Thank u Hassan! Thankful for your knowledge and professionalism.

Do not trust this store. T-Mobile is excellent, this store is a lie shop. With phone upgrades they botched and took multiple call ins to fix to “free air pods” that reflect on my bill every month. Avoid at all costs…

BEWARE! DO NOT LET THIS STORE BE YOUR T-MOBILE EXPERIENCE. T-Mobile is above and beyond good customer service this store is lies and manipulations. I paid a phone off in full at this store… it’s still appearing as a charge in my bill. Free headphones? Air pods and galaxy buds? Not free at all… appearing on my bill !! Let alone the experience is horrible

Went in tonight and both store associates were sitting in back room on phones visible from front store room, both came out, a young girl named “Freesa” and male that I don’t remember the name of, they came out with attitude and asked what I needed help with without letting me fully explain what I needed help with and said they couldn’t help me and that if they did it would be “an inconvenience for me and a 70 dollar fee” to do the thing I had talked to T mobile customer service earlier today for me to go into the store to do for no charge. Basically young kids who didn’t feel like helping a customer out, very disappointed with T-Mobile in Richboro, as a current customer it made me question even having phone service thorough T-Mobile from how intentionally unhelpful and rude these store associates were, I drove out of my way to deal with children who didn’t feel like working tonight, very disappointing!

Very frustrating and painful process. I wish I looked at the store reviews before I went to that store. 4 hours later my phone numbers were not assigned to the right phones, text messages were coming through as email addresses. The kid had no communication skills at all. After growing frustrated I approached the counter where there were post it notes all over and our 3 phones scattered in the mess, only to witness the kid scrolling through Instagram.I will never go to that store for anything again. I had to go to another store to get everything straightened out.

The service of this store is terrible, it is not like the service that the workers in New York provide you, they help you solve problems with your phone or change your number to another number, but here this store does not help you at all, it is not worth going to this store
