This pharmacy needs to shut down. I am a 25 year cancer survivor, and NEVER do they refill my testosterone prescription when I need it. Rude, unprofessional pharmacy staff and incompetent leadership. Location in Newtown seems more helpful so we'll give them a shot. If you have medication which CANNOT BE SKIPPED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE- DO NOT GO HERE!

The pharmacy is at the bottom of the barrel, they have not one clue what they are doing I've been going there since November and they have my account so screwed up, and every time I leave they tell me it will be fixed. I can't take this place anymore. DO NOT GO THERE !!

I walked into the store, and a very disheartening conversation was going on between the cashier and a customer on their views, politically, about how the New Yorkers moving in were destroying the area. I am beyond offending having come from an area like that myself. If you don’t like family amenities being built to keep children off the streets and out of trouble that, I’m sure you complain about on the daily, then I suggest you keep the negativity to yourself or go to board meetings. Just don’t complain when these bored kids start getting into trouble, terrorizing you in the parking lots with their bikes, skate boards, foul language, the idea of stealing cars for fun, and so on. It doesn’t matter how well you raise your kids, there is peer pressure, bad influences, and having nothing to do around you that start to create bad apples.

Rite Aid is our favorite Pharmacy. Everyone in the store is veryfriendly and helpful. On 09-17-2023 visit the Pharmacist wasLarisa and the associate was Yamuna. They know us by our first names. This makes us feel good. They greet everyone with a smile and a thank you.

Great service, as long as you don't need to speak to someone or need help in any way. When you try to call to speak to the pharmacist, the phone just rings endlessly and this is after you listen to their hold music for 5 minutes.

I transferred from CVS to Rite Aid half a year ago, one of the main reasons was customer service. Today my regular Rite Aid was out of my medication so I called this one, which I never been to before & it was a very nice experience. A young lady by the name Andrea N. was very helpful on the phone & in person. Even her tone while talking to customers very pleasant. She's a definition of "Professional, Pleasant Customer Service"!Thank You Andrea!

The male pharm tech with long hair and glasses needs some retraining. I visited one night and he made me shout my name and DOB for all the store to hear. When he tried to make me do the same for the medications, I made him come closer since this was all a HIPAA violation. Even though it was completely dead and these scripts were already in their system, he told me “2-3 hours” which was of course not even remotely how long it took anyway. He also was just extremely rude and make frequent scowls. I work in healthcare myself and was very unimpressed. I know this is a demanding job but this was unacceptable.

Always a pleasant and expediated service at Rite Aid. Friendly and caring associates and pharmacists, unlike the CVS across the street. They really go out of their way to provide a good service to the community. The ONLY reason I ever go to another pharmacy is for a drive thru. CVS has really gone downhill with their customer service. I "voted" with mt feet and encourage anyone else who got treated poorly at CVS to use Rite Aid. Just the best!

By far the best and most friendly customer service for a drug store in the area (or any store for that matter). Felt like i walked into an old neighborhood store back in the day and was engaged by the very polite and outgoing gentlemen as soon as I hit the door.

I visited the Richboro, PA, location on 11/17/22. The pharmacist was rude and dismissive. When I visited this location, there were no other customers; the pharmacist was standing there on her phone, and she glanced over with a dirty look like I was bothering her. She did not greet me or ask if she could help. Finally, a tech came over. However, he was rude and unprofessional as well. He brought up politics and politicians when I asked a question about an OTC medication. I will never shop at this Rite-Aid pharmacy again.Advice to customers, do yourself a BIG favor and go across the street to CVS. The pharmacist Raj is wonderful!!! He always goes above and beyond to help every customer and always with a smile on his face! He told me how to save money on my prescription costs on multiple occasions. Once, he directed me to GoodRX, which saved me 50%. Another time, there was a medication not covered by my insurance, and he helped me get a coupon that saved me $100! He is always eager to help every customer!
