My insurance Representative was Ben Hammond at Nick Demaio State Farm and he was awesome. I didn’t have to do anything and I got a great rate. I was a long term customer at a competitor company and Ben totally outbid them and I was offered so much more for less. Thanks Ben I appreciate how informative and professional you were with me!

I recently signed up for a home and auto policy with State farm. I had the pleasure of working with Ben Hammond Jr. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He walked me through the whole process explaining all the changes and appropriate coverages that I should think about having to be safe when it comes to home and auto coverage. He explained in detail the information of the coverages they offered. By the end of our conversation, he was able to save me a lot of money in comparison to any other company I had reached out to. I had called quite a few companies to get quotes and they did not even compare with State farms pricing. By the end of our call I had signed up and felt like I was part of the state farm family. I give them two thumbs up especially Ben for his professionalism and kindness! I will be spreading the word on what an awesome experience I had!

After dealing with other insurances offices, this office is a breath of fresh air. If it's coverage questions, paying a bill or purchasing a new policy, they are always polite and professional. We added a new driver to our insurance policy and was in sticker shock. We shopped around and I spoke Ben regarding a new policy with SF.Ben was awesome!! Walked me through everything, made me laugh and was so kind. My former company it felt like talking to a robot. Talking with Ben was like talking to an okd friend.Highly recommend this office.
