Thought this was where to receive a package, guy over the phone was an a******* Never go to this store I advise everyone, not to do business with them you can't treat people like this! I'm not even giving it a rating, because, it doesn't even deserve one.

. We we made to feel stupid because we needed help. Being seniors we are not up to date with all the technology. We let the store and went to the ups store in Southampton. Great experience, very helpful . The young man had our label printed and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes.

I can't even give this place a star rating. He refuses to give you receipts for your packages.. every other place I have been to do this. I go there because it is convenient. No more. He is rude, unhelpful, lazy and disrespectful. He argues with you when you try to tell him what Customer Service at UPS or FedEx has instructed you to do because it appears he can't be bothered. I will be contacting both of those companies because he says they don't know what they are talking about in their Customer Service Dept. He is supposed to be their representative. There are too many other places nearby that I will use for shipping. Miss the old owners. DON'T GO THERE.

The previous owners were wonderful. I like to support small businesses but today will be my last time in the shop. Lacks in customer service and is much more exspensive then UPS or Staples.

I don't understand how this place retains their UPS affiliation. The owner refuses to scan package bar codes when customers drop off UPS packages. The owner refuses to print receipts for UPS package drop offs. The owner refuses to scan QR codes for UPS package returns.
