I have used their services several times and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they needed to climb through the attic to run a new cable for a speaker to the new amplifier. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. I will continue to contact them for all of my theater, and audio and video requirements. Absolutely a Five Star company!”

“Product and technology knowledge, as well as service plans, were very good. My customer service rep was good once they got to me....biggest complaint was the lack of urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I was greeted at the door signed in and then waited while there were 5 employees present and only 3 customers. They chatted amongst themselves for about 10-15 minutes while I sat and waited .... If there are more employees in the store than customers, there really shouldn't be a wait...overall the service wasn't bad but that is definitely an area for improvement.”
“I went to the store today because my phone was iCloud blocked and the back was completely damaged. I went to apple and I called assurance they both act like they couldn’t help me ! They suck and are super ignorant.But the Yaislyn helped me so much . She was able to guide me on how to unblock my iCloud and place a claim for my phone online .
