horrible customer service at the outdoor nursery No one to assist with trees and bushes. We flagged down 2 employees who disappeared on us once they told us they would get us help with tree loading

One bad experience after the next here.
They don't appreciate thier customers and it shows. I was sold a cone flower that had Aster Yellows disease, and thankfully, I pulled it before it destroyed the rest of my garden (because it can spread), and I just got the plant!
They wouldn't do anything for me, and as we know, their plants are $$!
Another day the the older women who rung me up clearly didn't want to help me and was very short and rude with me. Those were 2 of several of other bad experiences here, unfortunately.

Bought 10 flats of what were labeled sun patients...they are not sun patients..they are new guinea and cant take full sun
Someone tagged lots of flats incorrectly..either the vendor or supplier but in any event it's about $600 worth of flowers that should be blooming now.
We have been buying these from Gasper for the last 5 years..very disappointed! ☹️

Gasper’s has beautiful flowers. We bought two gorgeous hanging baskets along with a large pot of stunningly beautiful flowers. Yes expensive but we thought they would last. We take care of our flowers-water,feed follow directions of where to place etc. Nope the hanging basket's withered& died within 2 weeks.Hubs took them back with much ado they replaced with less pretty ones. Again these died within the 2 weeks. We didn’t bother taking back because of the big hassle we got. Such a waste. Our planter is doing well. We will not be buying our flowers there next year, that’s for sure.

First time visiting Gasper. Retirement gift from my cousin. Wonderful selection and great service. A must go to destination for all your gardening and landscaping needs.

I love this place! I am a Goth gardener who prefers less traditional colors and varieties of plants. The inventory Gasper carries helps me maintain my preferred “moody” color schemes, which can be a hard to accomplish locally. On a few occasions, I have asked about varieties on their social media and they have always been responsive, so I consider them a resource I can trust for my gardening needs.

Be sure to read indeed and Glassdoor reviews before you consider applying here. The garden center is beautiful and Gasper does have some wonderful employees but make sure you read reviews before applying.

Best home and garden around. We took pictures with Santa at Gaspers and our pictures came out wonderful. This nursery is so festive, the holiday decor is mind blowing. I definitely recommend!!
