Came from vacation and pump motor was down. Amazing they came out the next day and quickly fixed the motor. Service charge was low and the charge to fix was reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service, 3 will be talking to 1 customer, conversations about their kids with 2 or more others waiting. They’ll fabricate any excuse to not accept returns. Drive the extra mile to Leslie’s pools.

Exceptionally disappointed with the services we received this year while opening our pool. The person responsible for the opening was extremely rude and disrespectful to my dad, who, when he went to check on progress was berated, because there was grass clippings on the side of the pool. My dad was told that "Next time you mow that lawn, you better blow that grass the other way, man" and "I've opened hundreds of pools and that was the dirtiest cover I've ever seen." It's a pool cover, and it took less than two minutes to clean off. My father is a veteran, who prides himself on a clean, well kept yard and hearing those things was insulting and disrespectful beyond reason. The entire cover removal process took less than half an hour, and there was absolutely no reason for this behavior. My dad is too kind a person to write this review, but I won't tolerate him being bullied.Not to mention they used our plastic bucket to remove water from the cover without permission and that bucket contained tadpoles my kids were saving. Needless to say, due to this rude employee, will be looking elsewhere for our pool opening/closing needs.

I called Aqua to come look at my pool plaster and give me an estimate to fix my pool because it had discoloration on the plaster and calcium build up, they came out and said it has calcium buildup and discoloration and needs polishing. The service guy said they would send me a quote, got a bill for the service call for about $150, which I paid, called a couple weeks later for status of the quote and they said they dont do polishing. I asked why they came out if I told them what was wrong and they couldn't give me a good explanation but still charged me for the service call to tell me what I told them.

Pentair filter clamp broke. Brought it to Aqua Pool who was able to fix it (instead of replacing it) and saved me a lot of money. Great experience!
