We are working in the area, stopped into get cash out of the ATM. Got the cash and was charged 3.75, as this is not our back. The machine didn't give me back my card. Went inside to retrieve my card and they refused to give me back my card because I didn't have my drivers license on me which was stolen 2 weeks ago. Again we are not from Pennsylvania, so I couldn't just go down to the DMV and get my drivers license back. I had my concealed care card, my birth certificate, my driving record which has my license number on it (they could have ran my license and seen if was me but refused). As well as another I'd with my picture in it but they still refused. Our bank offered to send them information that it was me including a copy of my drivers license and they refused that as well. Stating they had no way of knowing it was really from a bank. I get why they have precautions but their machine took my card after dispensing the cash. Really, my bank said they can't find a reason as to why it wouldn't have given it back. It was active and I had been using it. Our bank is very good about fraudulent charges. It a local home town back not a chain that just takes cards. This is not a bank I would even consider using. The ladies were in no way helpful at all.
