First, I purchased my Jeep Gladiator from them. Outstanding folks to deal with and excellent product. I just had my first service and once again, exceptional. Barb coordinated everything and my service technician handled the recall, reflash and oil change. Both were professional and knowledgeable. The entire process was outstanding. Thanks for the loaner car as well! We appreciate you.

I worked with Brett on negotiating the purchase of my new Trailblazer. I was able to work most of the deal from home. I was so happy considering I have 3 toddlers, 5, 5, & 3! It took immense stress off not having to put them through a long and drawn out process. Brett made sure the vehicle was ready when. I arrived and walked me through the packages until I was comfortable and understood how they worked.He even helped me with getting a set of black bow ties since Chrysler was short of microchips for the backup sensors and I'd have to schedule to have them installed at a later date. Thank you so much for making this a stress free transaction.

Brett was a pleasure to work with throughout the multi-day buying/negotiation process. He was straight forward and helped negotiate a more than fair offer on the trade in vehicle I brought to the transaction. Even though we did not end up buying the vehicle from Brett and K and L Chevrolet, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a great deal and a pleasant experience buying a new vehicle.

Service at K & L is outstanding, GM’s parts shipping was horrible, horrendous and completely terrible . Service could not be completed in a timely manner due to the parts not being shipped as promised. GM customer service while pleasant to speak to was absolutely no help in getting the parts shipped. I was so upset I got rid of the truck, less than 2 years old and 20000 miles I traded it on a Ram. Lifetime GM owner no longer

K and L performed the first oil change and tire rotation. I had a concern regarding the 7-pin connector for towing. As promised, they scheduled the vehicle for service and checked the wiring at no cost.

My Equinox quit running. My car was taken to K&L. Found the trouble to be the fuel pump. Parts were ordered but delayed because of winter storms. Parts arrived, car was fixed immediately. A loaner was provided and delivered to me. Very pleased.
