“Thankful that they offer urgent care services on Sundays with appointment time slots with it being the weekend and difficult to get him in during the work week. Our dog started to have pain from an ear infection last night. They got us in before our appointment and all the staff was great. We appreciate Dr. Moreno and the staff for being there to help us. Brutus is always nervous at the vet and they were so kind and understanding. We got his ear tested and meds given during that visit. Highly recommend!”

“When I first moved to the Butler area over twenty years ago, I came with my FIV positive kitty. I needed a vet that was willing to treat him AND that I could personally trust. I don't even recall how I found Moraine Grove, but from the first time I walked in, Dr. Love was everything I could hope for in a vet: Kind, informative, knowledgable, gentle and willing to work with me on a personalized approach to my pet's care.

Over twenty years later I live in Murrysville, almost an hour away from MGV, but I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff has changed over the years, but the top notch care and attention has remained of the utmost quality. They've seen us through many more FIV kitties, through surgeries and illnesses and even an adoption or two. Through it all they've been like a family friend.

We recently had to amputate our dog’s leg because of cancer, and Dr Bertin took the time to be thorough and concise and talk us through each of our options and what would make the most sense for our boy. So many of the team members took the time to update me on how he was doing, when he was eating and drinking, and did not hesitate to go over instructions about things again with me. All of the vet techs are amazing and you can truly tell they all care about what they do and your animal that walks through the door.”

And one thing I do like about this practice is if there’s someone there that’s putting their dog down daylight a candle and there’s a note. They’re asking anybody who comes in. The past 4 years have been the very BEST veterinary care my dogs have ever received. I have been impressed with the loving, personable attention they provide. I have two rescue dogs that'll be turning 9 & 10 this year. This office has done dental cleanings on both my dogs and most recently an eye surgery on my Copper boy. His eye turned out fantastic with no issues post op. Any time I have an issue with my boys, I can always rely on them to get my pups in quickly. When I leave the dogs for surgery I have not one ounce of anxiety or worry, I know they are in the best hands. Glady is excellent with instructions and they both always have a calm demeanor. “We’ve been seeing Dr. Maro at Cranberry Holistic Pet Hospital for about two years, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care she has given my dog.

I originally switched from a traditional veterinary practice because I wanted a more holistic approach that focuses on overall wellness and natural treatments whenever possible. That philosophy aligns with how I live, and Dr. Maro truly takes the time to look at the whole picture rather than just treating symptoms.

During a routine visit, she asked how long my dog had a lump in his neck. I was surprised because I massage him regularly and hadn’t noticed anything. We monitored it closely and tried conservative treatments, but when it didn’t improve, she recommended surgery.

What we discovered was shocking. The tumor was tucked into a very tricky area and ended up being the size of a small lemon. Dr. Maro did an excellent job removing it. If she hadn’t been so thorough and in tune with him, it likely would not have been found until it was too late. I’m forever grateful for her attentiveness and skill.

The entire team at the practice is just as wonderful. Everyone is caring, kind, and truly loves the animals they work with. My pup gets excited when he sees Starrsha, and Connie and the rest of the techs and staff are always warm, patient, and compassionate. I can’t say enough good things about the people there. I wouldn’t have stayed with this practice for as long as I have if the doctor or the staff weren’t exceptional.
