My family was in a tough spot when we had a breakdown of our camper during a cross-country move. Platinum was an absolute life-saver during the process. They understood our situation and made an effort to help get us back on the road as soon as possible. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. Other businesses would have taken advantage of our situation but they explained the options, did high quality work, and educated us about what they were doing throughout the process. They even went beyond what we asked for making some minor cosmetic fixes that needed to be done at no extra charge. They even went as far as to call and check on us after we continued our road trip and were out of the state. I can't speak highly enough about the Platinum team.

I've been going here for years. A very reliable family business who've been operating in the area for a long time. Sometimes expensive, but always reasonable rates for the amount of work they do. I sent my 3.5 L V6 equipped Ford to platinum for a quite intense water pump and timing chain replacement. The work was performed professionally correctly on time using the correct parts and the communication offered by them was polite courteous and professional. I would recommend them for this service again.
