Lowest price for oil and the fastest service. They deliver 150 gallons earlier today. I saw the delivery driver next door and thought they got the wrong house. I overreacted and made a fool of myself when yelling at the associate over the phone. They had 2 deliveries, 1 for my neighbor and then myself. I called an apologize and again I'm sorry for overreacting. Got my oil in less then 24 hrs. Thanks again and God Bless.

I'm struggling financially due to an injury and the customer service department has done everything in their power to help me get propane so my daughter and I have a warm home. I'm so grateful

Called up about a dead animal smell. the tech. came, looked and smelled, said, you have a critter problem there. He went back to call his supervisor supervisor said, I have to get a exterminator to remove the animal & check the return flex hose for any holes made in it. Once I found out what's what & after the animal is removed, get Sauder back. The tech. was here for under five minutes. along with a $125.00 bill

Had them come to my house to clean my oil furnace. Was told it was un usable. Service technician took my info was going to have sales reach out to me. They was right around valentines day. Sales person called once. And never heard from again. Needless to say. We went with another company. Talking to some friends about it whom have sauders. They said that the Service has gone down hill drastically

after recently acquiring a property with oil heat, we were unsure who to contact for our heating services. When we found Sauder, we knew we would use them! They are easy to contact (phone/email/internet) and very responsive. Just recently I had an issue with my oil burner, and Darlene was extremely helpful to me on the phone. She kept me calm and helped me to work through the situation. They are also prompt with the oil delivery when needed and offer a number of plans to help spread out the costs.

Used to be a big fan..until they were bought. I noticed a change in their billing, prices and service. Customer service has always been good however. Nice, helpful people on the phone. Im still trying to understand how my "budget" payment keeps going up and down however. Its more than my car payment. Oil delivery is very slow but since I am on auto delivery, its not really an issue. Thinking about changing to a different supplier, but im not sure that there is anyone out there that is any better. The customer service is keeping me there for now.

I used this company for years to auto refill the oil tank at my rental property. They did NOT fill it in January 2023 and my tenants ran out of heat on a weekend. They would not come out to fill it up so I had to find another company and pay a large emergency after hours delivery fee. I will be finding a new oil service provider.

When I called for a heating oil fill up, the woman on the phone was very kind and helpful. I didn’t think we would receive the oil until the following week, but Sauder Fuel delivered the next day. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I was outside when Tim drove up in the Sauder truck. We exchanged a pleasant good morning, then he got right to topping off our propane tank. Simple. Fast. Just what I had ordered.

Not happy with their new delivery policies. Now their is a $35 delivery services fee if you order less that 150 gallons ( I always order 100 gallons) and their new policy of charging you 3 days before they deliver the oil. Imagine that, paying for a services before the service is done!No empathy with the costumers that might be struggling to keep their homes warm this winter.
