From experience of working in this kennel for a short period of time due to the ways they operate I highly recommend not taking your pet to this facility. They claim that your pet gets "play time" with other dogs but in actuality they don't. They get about 10-20 minutes outside of the indoor kennel to use the bathroom and that is it. Due to shifts only be two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening shows your pet is in the kennel 90% of the time. If your pet tends to pee in the kennel for being in it for long periods of time they only get a half bowl of water at a time if that. When it comes time to your pet leaving from the facility if there is extra food they take it out of the bag to show they "fed" the dog all the food provided. If there are treats left over from your dog they give the treats to other dogs instead of leaving them for your pet. All parts of the facility are cleaned with bleach water! Not healthy for there dogs! And staff is not friendly to animals! Calling your dogs A-holes because they won't listen. Unacceptable! There are also foxes on the facility most likely due to improper disposal of animal feces. (Staff throws feces over back/ side hill of the property instead of disposing properly) Don't get me wrong, the facility is beautiful! And some staff show they absolutely love the dogs and their job! At this time the kennels are also half full. Can't imagine how they operate when facility is packed full with only two hour shifts!

The condos are great for long stays if you want to take a vacation and have a nice, safe place for your dog. I have two complicated English bull terriers and I’ve begun to feel very confident leaving them at the hideaway.

Every experience with CPH has been nothing short of wonderful. Everyone is kind, accommodating and great with our dogs! After being introduced to CPH, we will never go anywhere else for boarding or grooming!

Daisy Mae loves to stay here. The girls think she's sweet... I think she's ornery. Lol! Melissa does a great job with trimming Daisy's nails, she knows how to handle her. The kennel is always clean and well kept. Country Pet Hideaway is the only place Daisy has ever stayed at. Very professional staff.
