I ordered a set of rims and tires from these folks on 21 May and I've only received (2) of them. (As of 13 June). On 03 June two wheels/tires showed up to the shop, the shop didn't call me because they assumed that's what I had planned. I called the folks at Auto Accessories of America aka Corvette America Inc, aka Extra Mile Brands, aka Top Flight Auotmotive, aka D&P Lekander Holding, Inc. on 02 June to ask them to provide tracking numbers for everything and Michelle said she would. Come to find out the stuff went out on 31 May and noone told me. By 07 June she sent the tracking numbers that were by that point a week old. that's when I found out FedEx lost two. Auto Accessories didn't even know!!! And when I alerted to it they didn't follow up with FedEx ...I had to. And ever since that day I have had to extract information from them about status as well as give them ideas on how to resolve the situation. Everytime I speak with them they say "we are WAITING to hear from O&E". So here we are, they have my money, their supplier has my money and I have 2 out 4 rims and tires that I purchased. They have no incentive to resolve this AND they are acting like it. All I want is what I paid for AND for the folks I paid to give me updates as to when I can reasonably exp that to happen! I should not have to call them and email them...I think their name is a misnomer because they have certainly NOT gone the "Extra Mile" to resolve a paying customer's issue. And the nerve of Natalie to show so much attitude when I ask to speak to management. And of course when I asked her or Michelle to let me speak with the site manager that all the departments report to they both refused and said I could only speak to Wendy (Mgr of customer su). She seemed more reasonable but it was just a smoke screen because since that call last Thursday nothing has changed in their response time or initiative. I understand this was FedEx's fault but letting me discover it belatedly for them and having ME open the investigation with FedEx is not how a company should do busines. Dan and Peg Lekander started this business in 1977 and I'm certain they didn't grow it to this size by behaving like Wendy, Michell, and Natalie...I should be on the payroll for all the work I've done trying to resolve this!!!
